SEO: questions and answers

what is seo in simple words

SEO, or search engine optimisation, is the work of making a website easier for search engines to crawl, understand and trust, so it appears when people search for what the site offers. It has three parts: technical health such as speed and indexing, on-page content that matches what searchers want, and authority earned through links and mentions from other sites. Unlike ads, the visits are not paid for per click, but results build slowly over months.

How long does SEO take to show results for a brand new website?

Plan for months, not weeks. A new domain has no history or links, so Google usually needs several months of steady work before pages rank for anything competitive, and nobody can promise a date. Early signs come sooner: pages getting indexed, impressions rising in Search Console, and rankings for your brand name and low-competition phrases. The speed depends on how strong the competing sites are, how much useful content you publish, and whether other sites start linking to you.

Does WavX Solutions guarantee first-page Google rankings?

No. WavX Solutions does not guarantee rankings, traffic figures or a date for reaching page one, because Google's results depend on competitors and algorithm changes that no agency controls. What WavX commits to is the work itself: technical audits, Core Web Vitals fixes, on-page changes, keyword and intent research, content strategy, schema, local SEO and reporting. The scope and deliverables are written into the quote after a free consultation, and progress is reported against them. Questions can go to buildwith@wavxsolutions.in.

An agency says it can get my new consulting website to page one of Google in 30 days for five keywords. The domain is two months old and has eight pages. Is that realistic, and what timeline should I plan for instead?

That promise is not realistic for a two-month-old, eight-page site, and a guaranteed page-one date is itself a warning sign. Thirty days is enough to fix technical issues, get all eight pages indexed and perhaps rank for your own brand name. Ranking for competitive consulting terms normally takes several months of publishing useful pages and earning links, with no certainty at the end. Ask the agency which five keywords, how much search demand they have, and what happens if the date is missed.

robots.txt disallow vs noindex which one to use

Use noindex to keep a page out of search results, and robots.txt disallow to stop crawlers fetching it; they do different jobs. A disallowed URL can still appear in results if other pages link to it, because Google never sees the page content. A noindex tag only works if the page can be crawled. So do not combine them on the same URL: leave the page crawlable with noindex until it drops out, and reserve robots.txt for saving crawl effort on areas like internal search or filters.

What does a canonical tag do and when should it be used?

A canonical tag tells search engines which URL is the main version when several URLs show the same or very similar content. It belongs on pages reachable by more than one address: tracking parameters, sort and filter variations, print versions, or a product listed under several categories. Each page should also point to itself as canonical. Google treats the tag as a strong hint, not a command, so internal links, redirects and the sitemap need to agree with it or the tag may be ignored.

I manage an online catalogue with about 80,000 URLs, and most of them are filter and sort combinations. Search Console shows Google crawling thousands of parameter URLs while new products wait weeks to be indexed. How do I fix this without losing my category rankings?

Cut the number of crawlable filter URLs so Google spends its visits on products and categories. Decide which filters deserve their own indexable page, usually the few with real search demand such as brand or a key attribute, and keep those crawlable with self-referencing canonicals. Block the rest, especially sort orders and multi-filter combinations, in robots.txt, and stop linking to them with crawlable links. Keep the main category URLs untouched, list only canonical URLs in the sitemap, and link new products from category pages.

crawled currently not indexed how to fix

That status means Google fetched the page and chose not to index it, so resubmitting alone rarely works. The usual causes are content that is thin or near-identical to another page, weak internal links that signal the page is unimportant, or a site that has not yet built enough trust for all its pages. Improve the page so it offers something the indexed pages do not, link to it from relevant strong pages, merge or remove near-duplicates, then request indexing once.

What does a technical SEO audit from WavX Solutions cover?

A WavX Solutions technical SEO audit checks whether search engines can crawl, render and index the site, and how fast it loads. That covers robots.txt rules, XML sitemaps, canonical tags, redirects and broken links, index coverage in Google Search Console, Core Web Vitals and page speed, JavaScript rendering, structured data in JSON-LD, and on-page basics such as titles, headings and internal links. Because WavX is a software development company, the same team can implement the fixes in code. The exact scope is set in the written quote; ask at buildwith@wavxsolutions.in.

technical seo audit cost one time

WavX's SEO service starts at ₹15,000 a month, and a one-time technical audit is quoted on its own scope after a free consultation. Cost is driven by the number of pages and templates, how the site is built (a JavaScript-heavy app takes longer to check than a simple site), whether it runs in several languages or countries, and whether you want a report only or the fixes implemented too. A report first, with fixes later, keeps the outlay small. The quote is negotiable. Send the URL to buildwith@wavxsolutions.in.

Why is my website slow on mobile even though it loads fast on my laptop?

Phones have slower processors and often weaker connections than a laptop on office wifi, so the same page takes longer to download and far longer to run its JavaScript. The common culprits are oversized images sent at desktop dimensions, heavy scripts from page builders, chat widgets and trackers, web fonts that block text, and sliders or videos at the start of the page. Test with PageSpeed Insights on the mobile tab, which uses real-user data where available, and fix the largest items first.

My company site runs on WordPress with a page builder and about fifteen plugins. It fails Core Web Vitals on mobile and a speed plugin has not helped. Should I keep optimising it or rebuild it, and how do I decide?

Try a focused clean-up first, and rebuild only if the page builder itself is the bottleneck. Remove unused plugins, compress and resize images, delay third-party scripts and check the hosting. If mobile scores still fail because the builder ships large amounts of CSS and JavaScript on every page, more plugins will not fix it. A custom build, for example in Next.js with server-rendered pages, loads only what each page needs. WavX builds your own site, fully custom, with a pricing model that fits you; start at /contact.

I run an online electronics shop in Nairobi. Most of my customers browse on Android phones using mobile data, and my product pages are full of large photos. What should I fix first so the site loads quickly for them and does not lose Google rankings?

Start with the images, because on mobile data they are almost always the heaviest part of the page. Serve them in a modern compressed format, sized for a phone screen, and lazy-load everything below the first screen. Next, cut JavaScript: remove unused apps, sliders and trackers, since mid-range Android phones are slow to process scripts. Then put the site behind a content delivery network with servers close to East Africa. Measure with the mobile Core Web Vitals report in Search Console, not a desktop test.

how to write title tags for seo

Write one unique title per page that states the page's main topic in the words searchers use, with the most important phrase near the start. Keep it short enough to display without being cut off on a phone, add the brand name at the end, and make it match what the page delivers. Avoid repeating the same keyword or using one title across many pages. Google sometimes rewrites titles it finds vague or stuffed, so a clear, accurate title is the one most likely to be shown.

internal linking for seo small website

On a small site, link every important page from the main menu or the homepage, and link related pages to each other inside the body text using descriptive anchor words. Internal links tell search engines which pages matter and what they are about, so a service page linked from several relevant places tends to do better than an orphan page nobody links to. Use real anchor text such as 'kitchen renovation costs' instead of 'click here', keep key pages within a few clicks of the homepage, and fix links pointing to redirected or deleted URLs.

what is search intent in seo

Search intent is the reason behind a query: what the person wants to do next. The common types are informational (learn something), navigational (reach a specific site), commercial (compare options) and transactional (buy or book). It matters because Google ranks the type of page that satisfies the intent. A query like 'crm software pricing' needs a pricing or comparison page, not a blog post on what a CRM is. Checking which page types already rank for a phrase shows the intent Google has inferred.

I run a B2B SaaS for freight forwarders. Keyword tools show close to zero search volume for our core terms. How should I pick keywords when the tools say nobody is searching, and which pages should I build first?

Treat low tool volume as a sign of a small, specific market, not of zero demand; keyword tools undercount niche B2B phrases. Take your terms from sales calls, support tickets, competitor comparison searches and the queries already showing in Search Console. Build pages closest to a purchase first: one page per use case or problem your software solves, comparison and alternative pages, integration pages, and pricing. A handful of visits from the right freight operations manager is worth more than broad traffic that never buys.

two pages ranking for same keyword cannibalization fix

When two of your pages compete for the same query, pick one as the primary and make the other support it. If the pages cover the same ground, merge the content into the stronger URL and 301 redirect the weaker one. If they serve different intents, rewrite titles, headings and copy so each targets a distinct phrase, and link from the secondary page to the primary using the keyword as anchor text. Search Console's query report filtered by page shows which URLs are swapping positions.

How does WavX Solutions decide which keywords to target for a client?

Keyword and search-intent research is part of WavX Solutions' SEO service, and it maps real buyer queries to the pages that should answer them. The starting points are the client's services, the queries already appearing in Google Search Console, and what competing pages rank for. Each phrase is judged on intent, how close it is to a purchase, and how hard the current results are to beat, then grouped into topic clusters so one page targets one intent. The exact deliverables are set in the written scope.

How do I find the keywords people actually type in Hindi and Hinglish for my business?

Start with Google Search Console, which shows the exact queries, including Roman-script Hindi with words such as 'sasta' or 'kaise', that already bring impressions to your site. Add Google's autocomplete and 'People also ask' suggestions typed in Hinglish, and listen to how customers phrase things on calls and WhatsApp. Keyword tools undercount these searches, so treat their volumes as a minimum. Then decide page by page: Roman-script Hinglish phrases can sit naturally inside English pages, while Devanagari Hindi usually deserves its own page.

arabic keyword research saudi arabia how to

Arabic keyword research for Saudi Arabia has to be done in Arabic by someone who knows how Saudis search, not by translating an English list. One product can be searched in formal Arabic, in Gulf dialect, in several spelling variants, and as an English brand name typed in Arabic letters, and each variant has its own demand. Collect them from Google autocomplete set to Saudi Arabia, Search Console queries and competitor pages, then group variants of the same meaning onto one Arabic page with a right-to-left layout.

seo for kuwait online store arabic and english product names

List each product under the names shoppers in Kuwait actually type, which is often a mix: the Arabic term, the English brand name, and the brand transliterated into Arabic letters. Give the Arabic and English versions of every product their own URLs, connect them with hreflang tags for ar-KW and en-KW, and write the Arabic titles and descriptions natively instead of machine-translating them. Show prices in Kuwaiti dinar on the page and in the Product schema so Google can display the right currency.

We are launching an online perfume store in Riyadh. Most of our customers search in Arabic, but our developers built the site in English first. Should Arabic be the default version, and what matters for ranking on Google in Saudi Arabia?

Make Arabic the default, since that is how most of your customers search, and treat English as the secondary version. Serve the Arabic pages at the main URLs with a right-to-left layout, put English in an /en/ folder, and link the pairs with hreflang values ar-SA and en-SA. Write product names, titles and descriptions in natural Arabic, including the fragrance terms Saudis type, and show prices in riyals on the page and in Product schema. Check mobile speed early, since image-heavy product pages are slow on phones.

topic cluster and pillar page meaning

A topic cluster is a group of pages covering one subject in depth, organised around a central pillar page. The pillar gives a broad overview of the subject and links out to cluster pages, each answering one narrower question in detail, and every cluster page links back to the pillar. The structure helps search engines see that a site covers a subject thoroughly, spreads link value between related pages, and stops several articles from competing for the same query.

should i update old blog posts for seo

Updating old posts is usually worth more than writing new ones when a post already has impressions or sits on page two. Refresh facts and screenshots, answer questions the post missed, improve the title and headings, add internal links to newer pages, and keep the same URL so existing links and history carry over. Only change the published date if the content has meaningfully changed. Posts with no impressions, no links and no purpose are candidates for merging into a stronger page or removal.

I run a D2C skincare brand in India. For almost every product keyword, Amazon, Flipkart and Nykaa fill the first page and my own store is nowhere. I have a small content budget. What kind of pages can I realistically rank, and where should I start?

Leave the head product terms to the marketplaces for now and target the searches they answer badly. Those are ingredient and concern queries such as 'niacinamide for oily skin', comparisons, routines, how-to-use questions, and your own brand and product names, which you should own outright. Build one detailed page per concern, link each to the relevant product, and add Product schema with INR price and availability. Rank for your brand terms first, since shoppers who discover you on a marketplace often search the brand next.

We are launching a new gifting website in India about two months before Diwali. Will SEO bring orders in time for the festive season, or should I plan differently for this first season?

Two months is too short for a new domain to rank for competitive Diwali gifting terms, so plan on paid ads, marketplaces and social media for the first season's orders. Still do the SEO groundwork now: get the site indexed, publish the Diwali category and gift-guide pages early, and keep them on permanent URLs that you update for each festive season instead of deleting. Festive pages that stay live gather links and history, which gives them a real chance in later seasons. No one can promise a ranking date.

I own a jewellery showroom in Jaipur with a small online store. People search things like 'gold rate today in Jaipur' every day. Is it worth building pages for those searches, and how do I turn that traffic into showroom visits?

It can be worth it, provided the page is accurate and updated every day; a stale rate page will not hold a ranking against the large portals that dominate those searches. Publish one page for Jaipur with the daily rate, making charges explained and a short rate history, and keep the same URL. Place showroom directions, a WhatsApp enquiry button and current collections on that page, and link it from your Google Business Profile. Expect local and long-tail variants to be more reachable than the head term.

what is json-ld schema markup

JSON-LD is a block of structured data placed in a page's code that describes the page's content in a format search engines read directly. Using the schema.org vocabulary, it states facts such as 'this is a product, priced at this amount, in stock' or 'this is a local business at this address with these opening hours'. Visitors never see it. Search engines use it to understand the page with less guesswork and, for some types, to show rich results such as prices, ratings or breadcrumbs.

Will adding schema markup get me star ratings in Google results?

Not automatically. Schema makes a page eligible for rich results, but Google decides whether to show them, and it does not display stars for reviews a business marks up about itself on its own LocalBusiness or Organization pages. Stars are still possible for types such as products, recipes and courses when the ratings are real, visible on the page and collected from customers. Marking up reviews that visitors cannot see, or inventing ratings, breaks Google's guidelines and can lead to a manual action.

Which structured data does an e-commerce product page need?

A product page needs Product schema with a nested Offer. The Product part carries the name, images, description, brand and identifiers such as SKU or GTIN; the Offer carries price, currency, availability and the page URL. Add AggregateRating and Review only when real customer reviews are shown on the page, and BreadcrumbList so the category path appears in results. Shipping and return details can be included in the Offer. The marked-up values must match what the visitor sees, or Google may ignore the markup.

show rand prices in google search results product schema south africa

Google shows a price in rand only if the page says so in structured data. In each product's JSON-LD, set the Offer price as a plain number and priceCurrency to ZAR, with availability and the product URL, and make sure the visible price on the page is the same figure. If the store also sells in other currencies, give each currency its own URL instead of switching by visitor location, because Google crawls one version. Check the result with the Rich Results Test and the merchant listings report in Search Console.

seo checklist before launching new website

Before launch, confirm that search engines can crawl and understand the site. Remove any noindex tags and robots.txt blocks left over from staging, give every page a unique title, one clear main heading and a meta description, and set canonical tags. Generate an XML sitemap, verify the domain in Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools, and submit it. Test mobile speed, add structured data, make sure every URL has one HTTPS version, and if the site replaces an old one, have the 301 redirect map ready.

How long does it take Google to index a new website?

Anywhere from a few days to several weeks, and Google gives no fixed time. A new domain with no links pointing to it is discovered slowly, so help it along: verify the site in Google Search Console, submit an XML sitemap, request indexing for the homepage and key pages, and get at least a few links from real sites such as your social profiles, business listings or partners. Being indexed only means the pages can appear; ranking for competitive searches takes much longer.

Is SEO included when WavX Solutions builds a website?

A sound technical base for SEO comes with the way WavX Solutions builds: custom code, fast server-rendered pages in frameworks such as Next.js, clean headings, metadata and JSON-LD structured data. Ongoing SEO, meaning keyword research, content strategy, local SEO, authority building and monthly reporting, is a separate service with its own scope. Exactly what a given project includes is written into the quote, which follows a free consultation, so ask for the SEO items to be listed line by line at /contact.

why is my website not showing on google

The most common reasons are that the site is too new to be indexed, it is blocked from indexing, or it is indexed but ranks too low to be seen. Run a site: search for your domain to see whether any pages are in Google's index. If none are, check for a noindex tag or a robots.txt block left from development, and verify the site in Google Search Console to submit a sitemap. If pages are indexed, the issue is relevance and authority: content, competition and links.

My competitor's website looks worse than mine, so why do they rank above me?

Google does not rank on looks. An older, plainer site often wins because it has been around longer, has more links from other websites, covers the topic with more specific pages, or matches the search intent more directly. Check what the competitor has that you lack: the number of pages targeting each service, the sites linking to them, their reviews and Google Business Profile, and how fast their pages load on a phone. Design helps conversions after the click; it does little to earn the click.

Our organic traffic fell by about a third in one week and the timing matches a Google core update. We did not change anything on the site. How do I work out what happened and what to do next?

First confirm it is the update and not a technical fault: check Search Console for a manual action, crawl errors or a drop in indexed pages. If those are clean, compare the two weeks either side by page and by query to find which sections lost positions and who replaced them. Core updates reassess overall quality, so there is no single fix. Improve or remove the weakest content in the affected sections, and expect any recovery to take months. WavX can audit the site to rule out technical faults; write to buildwith@wavxsolutions.in.

is react bad for seo

React is not bad for SEO; client-side rendering without a fallback is the risk. If the server sends an almost empty HTML shell and the content only appears after JavaScript runs, Google has to render the page in a second step, which can delay or miss content, and many other crawlers do not run JavaScript at all. Rendering React on the server or pre-building pages, as frameworks like Next.js do, sends complete HTML on the first request and removes the problem.

What is the difference between server-side rendering and client-side rendering for SEO?

With server-side rendering the server sends finished HTML, so a crawler sees the full content, links and metadata on the first request. With client-side rendering the server sends a near-empty page and the browser builds the content with JavaScript, which means a crawler must execute the scripts to see anything. Google can do that, with some delay and occasional failures; several other search and AI crawlers cannot. For pages that need to rank, server-side rendering or static generation is the safer choice.

Our marketing site is a React single-page app built with client-side rendering. In Search Console's URL inspection the rendered HTML is nearly empty for several pages and only the homepage is indexed. Do we need to rebuild, or is there a smaller fix?

A nearly empty rendered HTML means Google is not getting your content, so the rendering method has to change; metadata tweaks will not fix it. The smaller route is to add pre-rendering or static generation for the marketing pages while keeping the existing components. The fuller route is moving those pages to a framework with server-side rendering such as Next.js, giving every page a real URL, its own title and crawlable links. WavX builds in React and Next.js and can assess which route fits; write to buildwith@wavxsolutions.in.

thin content meaning seo

Thin content is a page that gives a visitor little or no value of its own. Typical examples are pages with a few generic sentences, near-copies of other pages with one word changed, auto-generated or scraped text, doorway pages made only to catch a keyword, and category or tag pages with nothing on them. Word count is not the test; a short page that fully answers the query is fine. Many thin pages can drag down how search engines judge the whole site.

We are a home-cleaning company based in Delhi. A consultant suggested creating 60 pages like 'home cleaning in Lucknow' and 'home cleaning in Indore' by swapping the city name, even though we only operate in Delhi NCR. Is this a good idea?

No. Sixty pages that differ only by city name, for cities you do not serve, are what Google's spam policies call doorway pages, and they risk the whole site being demoted. They also send enquiries you cannot fulfil. Build pages only for the areas you cover, such as Delhi, Gurgaon and Noida, and give each one real local detail: the localities served, pricing for that area, team availability, photos and reviews from customers there. Add other cities when you actually start operating in them.

Is WavX Solutions a certified Google Partner for SEO?

No Google Partner badge or SEO certification is published by WavX Solutions, so none should be assumed. It is worth knowing that Google runs no partner or certification programme for organic SEO agencies; the Google Partner badge relates to managing Google Ads, and no badge gives an agency influence over rankings. A buyer is better served by checking the audit a provider produces, the changes it can implement, and the reporting it offers. WavX's SEO scope is set out in a written quote after a free consultation at /contact.

faceted navigation seo filter urls

Faceted filters create a new URL for every filter combination, which can flood search engines with near-duplicate pages. The fix is to choose which facets are worth indexing and control the rest. Filters with real search demand, such as brand or category plus a key attribute, get clean, crawlable URLs with their own titles. Sort orders, price ranges and multi-filter combinations get a canonical tag pointing to the main category, or are blocked in robots.txt when crawl volume is the concern.

out of stock product pages seo what to do

Keep the page live if the product is coming back. Leave the URL returning a normal 200 status, mark availability as out of stock on the page and in its Product schema, offer a back-in-stock alert, and link to similar items. If the product is gone for good, 301 redirect to the closest replacement or parent category when one exists; otherwise return a 404 or 410 so the URL drops out. Deleting pages for temporarily unavailable items throws away the rankings and links they have earned.

How do I write product descriptions that rank when fifty other stores sell the same products?

Write your own description instead of pasting the manufacturer's, because fifty stores with identical text give Google no reason to choose yours. Add what the supplier copy lacks: who the product suits, sizing or compatibility notes, answers to questions your customers actually ask, your own photos, and real reviews. Start with your highest-margin or highest-demand products, since rewriting everything at once is rarely practical. Strong category pages, fast loading and correct Product schema matter as much as the wording on individual products.

ecommerce seo cost for store with 5000 products

WavX's SEO starts at ₹15,000 a month, and scope such as page count, categories and content volume moves it up from there. For thousands of products the work is priced by templates, not product count: fixing product, category and filter templates covers most pages at once, which keeps a large catalogue affordable to optimise. Cost also moves with platform and code access, duplicate and filter-URL clean-up, schema and feed work, and any migration. The figure is open to negotiation after a free consultation at /contact.

how to rank for price in india keywords

Searches ending in 'price in India' are answered by pages that show a current INR price plainly, so the page has to do that first. Put the price in rupees near the start of the page and in the title where it fits, add Product schema with priceCurrency set to INR and the availability, and keep it updated, because stale prices cost clicks and trust. Include what Indian buyers check next: GST-inclusive pricing, variants, EMI or UPI options, delivery pincodes and warranty terms.

How do I get my shop to show up when people search near me?

Create and verify a Google Business Profile, because 'near me' results come mainly from it and not from your website. Choose the most accurate primary category, add the exact address and map pin, opening hours, phone number, photos and the products or services you offer. Ask real customers for reviews and reply to them. Make sure the name, address and phone number match on your website and other listings. Google ranks local results on relevance, distance from the searcher and prominence, so distance is outside your control.

buy google reviews safe or not

Buying Google reviews is not safe. Paid or fake reviews break Google's policies and, in many countries, consumer protection law. Google removes reviews it detects as fake, can restrict a profile from receiving new reviews, and can suspend it, and a sudden batch of five-star reviews from accounts in other cities is easy to spot. The lasting approach is to ask every real customer at the moment of a good experience, make it one tap with a direct review link, and reply to what they write.

local seo for tradesman covering several uk towns

Register your Google Business Profile as a service-area business and list the towns or postcode districts you actually travel to. On your website, create a page for each main town only where you can add something real: jobs completed there, photos, local reviews and typical call-out times. Avoid dozens of near-identical postcode pages, which Google treats as doorway pages. Keep your name, address and phone number consistent across UK trade directories and review sites, and ask customers in each town to leave a Google review.

I manage a dental clinic in Doha with patients who search in both Arabic and English. We have a basic English website and an unclaimed Google listing. What should we do first for local search, and can a team in India work with us during our clinic hours?

Claim and verify the Google Business Profile first, since it drives map results and calls: set the correct category, hours, phone number and photos, and reply to reviews in the language each was written in. Next, add Arabic pages with right-to-left layout on their own URLs, one page per treatment and per dentist. WavX's working day of 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST is 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM in Qatar, so most clinic hours overlap. Rules on healthcare advertising should be checked with your own advisers.

I run my business from home in Noida and I don't want my address shown publicly, so can I still appear on Google Maps?

You can. Google Business Profile lets a business that visits customers register as a service-area business, which hides the street address and shows the areas you serve instead, such as Noida, Greater Noida and Ghaziabad. You still need to verify the profile with Google, and it should not be used if customers never deal with you in person. Rankings in map results lean on distance from the searcher, so a hidden-address profile tends to rank around its verified location, not across the whole of Delhi NCR.

justdial listing enough or need own website seo

A JustDial or IndiaMART listing brings enquiries, but it is rented visibility: the directory owns the page, shows your competitors beside you and may pass the same enquiry to several sellers. Your own website and Google Business Profile are assets you control, and searches for your business name should land on them. For most small businesses in India the practical answer is both: keep the basic directory listings for coverage, and build your own site so that enquiries from Google reach you alone.

Why does a directory listing show up above my own website when someone searches my shop's name?

Large directories such as JustDial have far more authority than a small business site, so their page about your shop can outrank a weak or new website even for your own name. Fix it by making your site the clear source: put the exact business name in the homepage title and main heading, add LocalBusiness schema with address and phone number, verify a Google Business Profile that links to the site, and get the site linked from your social profiles and listings. Brand-name rankings usually respond faster than generic keywords.

how to ask customers for google reviews on whatsapp

Send the customer your direct Google review link on WhatsApp soon after the job or delivery, with a short personal message. The link comes from your Google Business Profile under the option to ask for reviews, and it opens the rating box in one tap. Ask everyone, not only happy customers, and never offer a discount or gift in exchange, because incentivised reviews break Google's rules. If you message at volume, use the WhatsApp Business API with an approved template instead of bulk personal messages.

I own a restaurant in Gurgaon. Most of our orders come through Zomato and Swiggy and the commissions hurt. I want more people to find us on Google and order or book directly. What should I do for SEO?

Make your Google Business Profile and your own website the easiest path to you. On the profile, set the right cuisine category, hours, menu and photos, and add an ordering or booking link that points to your site, not an aggregator. On the site, publish the menu as real text with prices, add Restaurant schema, and create pages for what locals search, such as party bookings or catering in your part of Gurgaon. Aggregators will still rank for generic food searches; aim for your name and nearby dining searches.

Why does Search Console show lots of impressions but almost no clicks?

High impressions with few clicks usually mean your pages appear low on the page or for searches they do not really answer. Open the Performance report, sort queries by impressions and look at average position: anything beyond the first few results gets seen but seldom clicked. Other causes are a weak title and description, or a results page where an AI answer, map pack or featured snippet satisfies the searcher without a click. Improve the pages ranking just off page one first.

who should own search console and analytics agency or client

The client should own them. Verify Google Search Console, Google Analytics and Google Business Profile under an account the business controls, then add the agency or freelancer as a user with the access level they need. That way the data history, verification and listings stay with you if the relationship ends, and removing access takes a minute. An agency that insists on creating these under its own account is creating lock-in. WavX's stated approach is no vendor lock-in, with clients owning their code and IP.

301 redirect map for website redesign how to

A redirect map is a spreadsheet pairing every old URL with the new URL that replaces it. Build it by exporting all current URLs from a crawl, the XML sitemap, Search Console and analytics, including pages with backlinks. Match each to its closest equivalent on the new site, one to one, and avoid sending everything to the homepage. Implement the pairs as 301 redirects at server level, test them on staging, update internal links to the new URLs, and keep the redirects in place for the long term.

My traffic dropped after we redesigned the website, what went wrong?

The usual cause is that URLs changed without redirects, so Google found error pages where ranked pages used to be. Other common faults are a noindex tag or robots.txt block carried over from the staging site, page titles and text rewritten or removed, internal links lost in the new menu, and content now loaded by JavaScript that crawlers cannot see. Compare the old URLs against the new site, restore missing content, add 301 redirects for every changed address and resubmit the sitemap. WavX's SEO service covers migrations and redirects; write to buildwith@wavxsolutions.in.

how long to recover rankings after site migration

A well-executed migration typically settles within a few weeks to a few months, and a temporary dip during that period is normal. The time depends on the size of the site, how often Google crawls it, and whether only the design changed or the URLs, domain and content changed too. Domain changes take longest. Recovery is not guaranteed: if redirects are missing or content was removed, rankings stay down until those are fixed. Watch index coverage and the old URLs' redirects in Search Console throughout.

What should be monitored in the weeks after a website migration?

After a migration, track whether Google is replacing old URLs with new ones without losing visibility. Check Search Console daily at first: index coverage of the new URLs, crawl errors and 404s, and clicks and impressions by page. Crawl the old URL list to confirm every address still returns a single 301 to the right page. Compare rankings for key queries, organic sessions and conversions against the pre-migration baseline, confirm analytics and tracking tags fire, and watch server logs for crawler errors.

We are a UK software company on a .co.uk domain and we are expanding to the US and Europe. The board wants to move everything to a .com. How do we change domain without losing our UK rankings, and how long will it be unsettled?

Move every .co.uk URL to its exact .com equivalent with a one-to-one 301 redirect, keep content and structure unchanged during the move, and use the Change of Address tool in Google Search Console. Because a .com carries no country signal, keep UK relevance with a /uk/ section or en-GB hreflang, a UK address and prices in pounds on UK pages. Renew the .co.uk and leave the redirects running. Expect some weeks to a few months of fluctuation; no one can promise an unchanged ranking after a domain move.

what is hreflang

Hreflang is an HTML attribute that tells search engines which language and country version of a page to show to which searcher. A site with English pages for the UK and the US, or English and Arabic versions of the same page, uses hreflang tags to link the versions together, so a searcher in each market sees the right one. Each version must list all the others and itself, and the tags do not improve rankings; they only swap in the correct version.

Does automatic IP-based redirection hurt international SEO?

Forcing visitors to a country version based on their IP address can hurt international SEO. Googlebot crawls mostly from US addresses, so a site that redirects every US visitor to the American version may never let Google see the other country pages, and those pages then fail to get indexed. It also frustrates travellers and expats. The safer pattern is to give each country or language version its own crawlable URL, connect them with hreflang, and show a dismissible banner suggesting the local version.

We are a Dubai-based home services company rebuilding our site in both Arabic and English. Should the two languages sit on the same URLs with a toggle, or on separate URLs, and what else does Google need to rank each version in the UAE?

Use separate URLs for each language, for example an /ar/ and an /en/ folder, never a toggle that swaps text on one URL, because Google indexes one language per address. Link each pair with hreflang tags for ar-AE and en-AE, set the Arabic pages to right-to-left in the HTML, and have the Arabic written by a native speaker using the terms UAE residents search. Translate titles, descriptions, image alt text and schema too, and keep the language switcher as plain crawlable links.

Our online store sells across Canada and must serve customers in both English and French, including Quebec. We also have a separate US store. How should we structure URLs and hreflang so the right version shows up for each audience?

Give each audience its own URL set: English Canada, French Canada and the US store, either as folders such as /en-ca/ and /fr-ca/ or on separate domains. Connect matching pages with hreflang values en-CA, fr-CA and en-US, each listing the others and itself, plus an x-default. Write the French in Canadian French, show prices in Canadian dollars on the Canadian pages and in the Product schema, and avoid redirecting by IP. Quebec's French-language requirements are a legal matter to confirm with your own advisers.

.co.uk or .com for uk business seo

For a business that sells only in the UK, a .co.uk is a clear country signal to Google and to British customers; a .com works equally well if the content, address, currency and links point to the UK. Neither ending ranks higher by itself. The real difference is future plans: a .co.uk is tied to the UK and is hard to use for other countries, while a .com can hold country sections later. Whichever you choose, redirect the other version to it.

We are a Swiss machinery supplier with customers in German-, French- and Italian-speaking regions, and some English-speaking buyers abroad. How should we set up our website so each language version ranks in Switzerland?

Put each language in its own folder on one .ch domain, for instance /de/, /fr/, /it/ and /en/, and connect matching pages with hreflang values de-CH, fr-CH, it-CH and en. The .ch ending already tells Google the site targets Switzerland. Write each version natively, using Swiss conventions such as 'ss' in place of 'ß' in German and prices in Swiss francs, and research keywords separately per language because terms differ by region. Do not redirect by browser language; offer a visible language switcher instead.

We sell B2B lab equipment from one English-language .com site and want to enter Germany, France and Spain. Our marketing team is three people. Is it better to add language folders on the .com or buy .de, .fr and .es domains?

For a three-person team, language folders on the existing .com are the better choice. Folders such as /de/, /fr/ and /es/ inherit the authority the .com has already earned and mean one site to maintain. Country domains send a stronger local signal and can earn more trust with buyers, but each starts from zero and needs its own links, content and upkeep. Use folders with hreflang, native translations and euro pricing; reconsider country domains only if one market grows large enough to justify its own team.

english and chinese website seo singapore

For Singapore, publish English and Chinese as separate pages on separate URLs, and link each pair with hreflang values en-SG and zh-SG. Use Simplified Chinese, which is the standard in Singapore, written by a native speaker and not auto-translated. Research keywords in each language independently, because the language people search in varies by product category and audience, so demand is not a mirror image across the two. Translate titles, descriptions and structured data, and show prices in Singapore dollars on both versions.

I run an online store in Kuala Lumpur selling to Malaysia and Singapore. Customers search in Bahasa Malaysia and English. How do I set up the site so Google shows the right language and the right currency in each country?

Create a separate URL for each language and country combination you serve: Bahasa Malaysia and English for Malaysia, and English for Singapore. Link the matching pages with hreflang values ms-MY, en-MY and en-SG. Show ringgit on the Malaysian pages and Singapore dollars on the Singapore pages, both in the visible price and in the Product schema currency field, instead of switching currency by visitor location on one URL. Write the Bahasa Malaysia pages natively and research their keywords separately from the English ones.

seo for japan yahoo japan or google which to optimise for

Optimise for Google and you cover Yahoo Japan as well, because Yahoo Japan's web results have long been powered by Google's search technology. The work that matters is the language: content written by a native Japanese writer, not translated, and keyword research that accounts for the same term being typed in kanji, hiragana, katakana or Latin letters. Use ja-JP hreflang if other language versions exist, a Japan-relevant domain or folder, and local trust signals such as a Japanese address and company details.

We are a Portuguese software company and want to sell in Brazil. Can we reuse our Portugal website for Brazilian customers, or do we need a separate version to rank on Google in Brazil?

Create a separate Brazilian version. Brazilian and European Portuguese differ in vocabulary, spelling and tone, and Brazilians search with their own terms, so a Portugal page reads as foreign and misses local keywords. Put the Brazilian pages in their own folder or on a .com.br domain, mark the pairs with hreflang pt-BR and pt-PT, show prices in reais, and have a Brazilian writer adapt the copy instead of copying it. Research keywords in Brazil separately; search demand and competitors there are not the same as in Portugal.

We're an Indian company selling software to American customers, so do we need a .com domain and American spelling to rank in the US?

A .com or another generic domain is the right choice, because a .in ending tells Google the site is aimed at India and makes ranking in the US harder. American spelling and terms matter too: write 'optimization' and use the words US buyers search, with prices in dollars. Hosting location matters little. What also counts is US relevance in the content and links, such as US case examples, American directories and US-based sites linking to you. Being run from India is not a ranking handicap.

same content on .com.au and .co.nz duplicate content problem

Running near-identical pages on an Australian and a New Zealand domain is not penalised, but Google may treat them as duplicates and show only one, sometimes the wrong one for the country. Connect each matching pair with hreflang values en-AU and en-NZ so the right domain appears in each market. Then localise what differs: prices in New Zealand dollars, GST treatment, shipping times, phone numbers and addresses. The more each version reflects its own market, the less likely Google is to fold the two together.

Should my Indian business use a .in domain or a .com?

Choose .in if your customers are in India only, and .com if you sell abroad or might later. A .in domain tells Google the site targets India, which helps with Indian searches and makes it harder to rank in other countries. A .com has no country tie and ranks in India just as well when the content, address, rupee pricing and links are Indian. Neither ending is ranked higher by itself. If you can, register both and redirect one to the other to protect the brand.

How do I rank for searches in both English and Hindi without building two separate websites?

One website can serve both, with each language on its own URLs. Keep the English pages as they are and add Hindi versions in a folder such as /hi/, written in Devanagari by a Hindi writer, not machine-translated. Connect each pair with hreflang values en-IN and hi-IN so Google shows the matching version. Translate the title, description, headings and schema as well as the body. Start with the pages that bring enquiries, such as services and location pages, instead of translating the whole site at once.

Does Google rank pages written in Indian regional languages such as Tamil, Telugu or Marathi?

Google indexes and ranks pages in Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, Bengali and other Indian languages, and shows them to people who search in those languages. Competition is often lighter than for the equivalent English query, because fewer sites publish quality regional-language content. The pages need to be written in the native script by a fluent writer, sit on their own URLs, and carry hreflang tags such as ta-IN or te-IN when an English version exists. Machine-translated text with no review tends to perform poorly.

I export brass handicrafts from Moradabad and get most of my enquiries through IndiaMART. I want wholesale buyers in the US and Europe to find my own website on Google. What should the site and SEO plan look like?

Build the site for overseas wholesale buyers, not Indian retail: a .com domain, English written in the buyer's terms such as 'brass home decor wholesale supplier', price ranges in dollars or euros, and minimum order quantities. Give each product category its own page with specifications, export packaging, lead times and any certifications you hold. Add pages on shipping, samples and payment terms, since importers search those questions. Keep IndiaMART running while the site earns rankings, which takes months. WavX can scope the site and SEO together at /contact.

Can WavX Solutions do SEO for an Arabic-language website?

The technical side of Arabic SEO is work WavX Solutions can handle: right-to-left page layouts, separate Arabic and English URLs, hreflang tags, JSON-LD schema, Core Web Vitals and Search Console monitoring. The Arabic copy and keyword choices should be written or reviewed by a native speaker who knows how people in the target country search; who provides that is agreed in the project scope. WavX's working day runs 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM Saudi time, which overlaps with most of the local business day. Enquiries go to buildwith@wavxsolutions.in.

Should my website be in English or Tagalog to rank on Google in the Philippines?

Use the language your customers type, which you can check instead of guessing. Filipinos search in English, in Tagalog and in a mix of both, and the split varies by product and audience. Look at the queries in Google Search Console and at Google's autocomplete suggestions from a Philippine location. For many businesses English pages come first, with Tagalog or Taglish phrasing added where the search data shows demand. If you build full Tagalog pages, give them their own URLs and hreflang tags.

why are my google rankings different in australia than what my overseas agency reports

Google shows different results by country and city, so a ranking checked from another country will not match what Australians see. An overseas agency searching from its own location, or with a tracker set to the wrong country, sees results for that place. Ask for rank tracking set to Australia and, for local services, to your city. The reliable source is Google Search Console: filter the Performance report by country to Australia to see the average positions and clicks from Australian searchers.

us websites outrank my canadian store on google canada

Large US stores often rank in Canada because they have more authority, even when they serve Canadians poorly. Compete on Canadian relevance. Use a .ca domain or a dedicated Canadian section with en-CA hreflang, show prices in Canadian dollars on the page and in Product schema, and state shipping from within Canada, duties already included and local returns. Add a Canadian address and Google Business Profile, earn links from Canadian sites, and target searches with Canadian modifiers that US retailers do not write for.

nigerian online store how to rank in uk for customers abroad

To reach UK shoppers from Nigeria, build a UK-facing section instead of relying on the Nigerian pages. Use a generic domain such as a .com, since a .ng ending signals Nigeria, and create a /uk/ folder with prices in pounds, UK delivery times and costs, and returns information. Link the Nigerian and UK versions with hreflang values en-NG and en-GB. Write for what the diaspora and British buyers search, show UK-friendly payment options, and earn links and reviews from UK sites and communities.

Can I just use automatic translation to launch my website in German, French and Spanish for SEO?

Automatic translation alone is a weak base for ranking in Germany, France or Spain. Raw machine output reads unnaturally, and it translates your English keywords literally instead of using the terms local buyers search, which are often different words altogether. Use machine translation as a first draft if you must, then have a native speaker edit each page and redo the keyword research per language. Put each language on its own URLs with hreflang tags, and translate titles, descriptions and structured data, not only body text.

Does a website need separate pages for British and American English?

No, one English page can rank in both the UK and the US, and Google handles spelling differences such as 'optimisation' and 'optimization' as the same meaning. Separate en-GB and en-US pages are worth creating only when something real differs: prices in pounds versus dollars, delivery terms, legal wording, product ranges or vocabulary such as 'trainers' versus 'sneakers'. If you do split them, connect the pair with hreflang tags so each country sees its own version and the pages are not treated as duplicates.

does ada website accessibility help seo

Accessibility work and SEO overlap heavily, though accessibility is not a direct ranking factor. Descriptive alt text, a logical heading order, meaningful link text, captions and transcripts, and pages usable without a mouse all help search engines parse content as well as helping people who use assistive technology. For US businesses the stronger reason is legal exposure under the ADA, usually assessed against the WCAG guidelines. A site can be designed around WCAG, but whether it meets the legal standard is for your own advisers to confirm.

seo vs google ads for small business which is better

Neither is better outright; they solve different problems. Google Ads brings visitors from the day the campaign starts and stops the moment the budget does, with a cost for every click. SEO takes months to build and has no per-click cost, and the pages keep bringing visits afterwards. A small business that needs enquiries now starts with ads on a few high-intent keywords, and builds SEO alongside so its dependence on paid clicks falls over time. Ad data also shows which keywords convert before you invest in ranking for them.

If I'm already running Google Ads, does that help my organic ranking?

Running Google Ads does not raise organic rankings; Google keeps the two systems separate, and advertisers get no ranking preference. Ads help SEO only indirectly. Search-term reports reveal which queries bring customers, so you know which keywords deserve a proper page. Ad traffic lets you test headlines and landing pages quickly, and more people seeing the brand can lead to more branded searches. Stopping ads likewise does not cause an organic penalty.

is seo cheaper than google ads in the long run

Often, but not always. SEO costs are front-loaded: audits, fixes, content and links come before the traffic, and the visits that follow carry no per-click charge, so the cost per visitor falls as rankings hold. Ads cost roughly the same per click for as long as they run. SEO wins where clicks are expensive and rankings reachable; it can lose where competition is entrenched. Compare both on cost per enquiry or sale. For reference, WavX's SEO starts at ₹15,000 a month, a fee that does not grow with clicks, and it is negotiable.

I am opening a coaching institute for competitive exams in Lucknow. My total marketing budget is ₹15,000 a month and admissions open in two months. Should I spend it on SEO or on Google and Instagram ads?

With admissions two months away, put most of the ₹15,000 into ads, because SEO for a new site will not mature in time; WavX's SEO also starts at ₹15,000 a month, so it would take the whole budget for results after admissions. Complete a Google Business Profile, collect reviews, and run tightly targeted Google Search ads for 'coaching in Lucknow' queries and Instagram ads. Publish permanent pages on courses, fees, faculty and results for the next cycle. Any ad-management fee is sized to your budget and negotiable; ad spend is separate.

seo kpis what to measure

Measure outcomes first and rankings second. The core figures are organic enquiries, leads or sales and the revenue they bring; organic clicks and impressions from Google Search Console, split into brand and non-brand queries; and the number of pages indexed. Rankings for a defined keyword set show direction, and Core Web Vitals and crawl errors show technical health. Avoid judging progress on third-party authority scores or raw backlink counts, which can rise while business results stay flat.

How do I know if my SEO agency is actually doing any work?

Ask for evidence of work, not just charts. A working agency can show a dated list of what changed each month: pages fixed or published, titles rewritten, redirects added, schema deployed, links earned and from which sites. You should have your own login to Google Search Console and analytics to check clicks and indexed pages yourself. Warning signs are reports with only rankings for obscure keywords, no access to your own accounts, and vague lines such as 'off-page activities' without URLs.

What does a monthly SEO report from WavX Solutions include?

Reporting on rankings and traffic, tied to business outcomes such as enquiries, is part of WavX Solutions' SEO service. A monthly report would normally cover organic clicks and impressions from Google Search Console, positions for the agreed keywords, indexing and Core Web Vitals status, the work completed in the month and what is planned next. The exact metrics, format and frequency are agreed in the written scope, so ask for the ones that matter to your business at buildwith@wavxsolutions.in.

track seo leads from whatsapp and phone calls india

Set up click tracking on the WhatsApp button and phone number, because in India many enquiries never touch a contact form. In Google Tag Manager, fire a GA4 event when someone taps the WhatsApp link or the call link, and mark those events as key events so they appear against the organic channel. Use a pre-filled WhatsApp message that names the page, so the chat itself shows where the lead came from. For calls, a tracking number on the website separates them from Google Business Profile calls.

I run a Brisbane-based e-commerce business. Local SEO agencies quote high monthly retainers in AUD. I'm considering an offshore team in India instead. What do I give up, and how would communication work across time zones?

An offshore team can do technical SEO, on-page work, schema and reporting from anywhere; what you give up is local market knowledge and same-hours meetings. On price, WavX's SEO starts at ₹15,000 a month, about A$270, quoted in INR and open to negotiation, with no long retainer needed to begin. Australian copy and outreach still need someone who knows the market, so keep content review with a local writer. WavX's day is 2:30 PM to 11:30 PM AEST, so calls fit your afternoon. Start at /contact.

What questions should I ask before hiring an SEO company?

Ask what they will actually do each month and how you will see it. Useful questions: which pages and issues they would tackle first on your site and why; how they earn links and whether any are bought; who writes the content; what you will receive in the monthly report; whether you keep ownership of Search Console, analytics and all content; and what happens if you cancel. Be wary of any answer that includes a guaranteed ranking or a secret method.

We are a Boston startup with a small marketing team and no SEO specialist. We're weighing a US agency, a freelancer, or an offshore team in India for technical SEO and content. How should we split the work, and is the time difference workable?

Split by what needs local knowledge. Technical SEO, site fixes, schema and reporting travel well and suit an offshore team, especially one that can also change the code. Content strategy and writing for US buyers should stay with your team or a US writer, with the offshore side supplying briefs and on-page checks. WavX's working day ends at 8:30 AM Eastern in winter and 9:30 AM in summer, so live overlap is early morning only; the rest runs through written updates. Scope it at /contact.

I run a small web design agency in Manchester. Clients keep asking for technical SEO and Core Web Vitals fixes that my team cannot do. Can I outsource this under my own brand, and how would working hours line up with the UK?

White-label delivery is a standard way to handle this: the partner does the audit and code fixes, and your agency presents the work. WavX works white-label and under NDA for agencies, and its SEO starts at ₹15,000 a month, about £140, with the quote built in INR and open to discussion per client. Coverage includes technical audits, Core Web Vitals, schema and redirects. The working day is 4:30 AM to 1:30 PM GMT and 5:30 AM to 2:30 PM BST, so UK mornings overlap. Write to buildwith@wavxsolutions.in.

Can an SEO team in India work with my business in Cape Town during our normal office hours?

Largely, yes. WavX's working day of 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST falls at 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM South African time, Monday to Saturday, so calls and questions can be handled through most of a Cape Town business day. SEO also suits remote work, since audits, fixes and reports are shared in writing and through Search Console access. The local knowledge that matters for South African relevance, such as search terms, rand pricing and local directories, should be agreed at the start. Ask at buildwith@wavxsolutions.in.

what does a monthly seo retainer include

A monthly SEO retainer normally covers four areas: technical upkeep (indexing, speed and errors), content (new pages and updates based on keyword research), authority (earning links and managing listings), and reporting. At WavX a retainer starts at ₹15,000 a month, rising with pages, locations and content volume, and the figure is open to discussion. The mix shifts over time, with more technical work early and more content later. A sound retainer names each month's deliverables and hours in writing instead of promising rankings. Ask for one at /contact.

Does WavX Solutions publish prices for SEO services?

Yes. WavX Solutions' SEO starts at ₹15,000 a month, and scope such as the number of pages, locations and content volume moves it up from there. Other drivers are how many technical problems the audit finds, whether WavX implements fixes or hands over recommendations, and how competitive the target searches are. Starting with one location and a modest content plan keeps the monthly fee near the entry level. The figure is negotiable: tell WavX your budget in a free consultation. Send the URL and goals to buildwith@wavxsolutions.in.

Does WavX Solutions offer ongoing SEO after the initial audit and fixes?

Ongoing SEO is available from WavX Solutions after the initial audit and fixes. The continuing work draws on the same service: Search Console monitoring, Core Web Vitals checks, on-page updates, content strategy and topic clusters, local SEO and Google Business Profile upkeep, authority strategy and regular reporting. Whether a client takes a one-time audit or a continuing engagement, and what each month contains, is set out in the written quote. Ask about either option at buildwith@wavxsolutions.in.

can i stop seo once i rank on first page

You can stop, but rankings rarely hold indefinitely without upkeep. Competitors keep publishing and earning links, Google's updates reshuffle results, and content goes out of date. Technical faults also creep in as the site changes. A sensible middle path after reaching your targets is to reduce the work to maintenance: monitor Search Console, refresh the pages that bring business, fix errors, and keep reviews and listings current. Stopping completely usually shows as a slow decline over months, not an overnight drop.

seo package 5000 rupees per month india worth it

A ₹5,000 monthly SEO package buys very few hours of skilled work, so check exactly what is delivered. WavX's own SEO starts at ₹15,000 a month with written monthly deliverables, and that figure is negotiable. At ₹5,000 the usual contents are automated directory submissions, bulk low-quality backlinks and a templated report, none of which move rankings and some of which harm the site. It can suit a narrow task, such as maintaining one shop's Google Business Profile. Ask for deliverables with URLs, and avoid any package promising guaranteed positions.

I run a manufacturing company in Pune. Three agencies have quoted me between ₹25,000 and ₹1.5 lakh a month for SEO, and I cannot tell why the gap is so wide. What explains it, and how do I compare the quotes?

The gap comes from what each quote includes, not from one being overpriced. WavX's SEO starts at ₹15,000 a month, and any agency's figure moves with hours, who does the work, whether content writing and link earning are included, whether developers implement technical fixes, and the number of keywords, products and locations covered. Ask each agency for a month-by-month deliverables list and compare line by line against your buyers' product searches. No quote should include a guaranteed ranking. WavX's number is open to discussion after a free consultation at /contact.

I manage marketing for a real estate brokerage in Dubai. We want SEO for our English and Arabic property pages and I have to present a budget in AED. Can WavX give me a price, and what will the cost depend on?

WavX's SEO starts at ₹15,000 a month, about AED 660; the quote is built in INR, so any dirham figure is approximate. For English and Arabic property pages the cost moves up with listing and community page templates, how listings feed into the site, the right-to-left and hreflang setup, listing schema and content planning. To fit a budget line, start with the technical and bilingual setup and add content later; the figure is negotiable after a free consultation. WavX's hours are 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM UAE time. Start at /contact.

Does WavX Solutions quote SEO work in Indian rupees?

Quotes from WavX Solutions are built in Indian rupees, and SEO starts at ₹15,000 a month. The amount rises with the size of the site, the technical work the audit finds, the content and local SEO needed, and whether the work is a one-time project or ongoing. Engagements can be fixed-price, time-and-materials or hybrid, agreed after a free consultation. The figure is open to negotiation against your budget. Payment terms are stated in the written quote, so ask for them at buildwith@wavxsolutions.in before signing.

seo company guaranteed first page ranking real or fake

A guaranteed first-page ranking is not a promise any honest SEO company can make. Google states that no one can guarantee a position, since rankings depend on its algorithm and on what competitors do. Companies that offer guarantees usually meet them with keywords nobody searches, with your own brand name, or with paid ads presented as rankings. Judge a provider on the specific work it will do, the access and reporting you get, and results it can show from comparable sites.

Someone called me saying they are from Google and can put my business on the first page for a yearly fee, is that genuine?

That call is not from Google. Google does not phone businesses to sell rankings, and organic positions cannot be bought from Google at all. These calls, common across India, come from third-party sellers using Google's name; some sell overpriced listing services, and others try to take control of your business profile. Do not share OTPs or verification codes, and manage your profile yourself with your own Google account. Paid placement on Google exists only through Google Ads, which you can set up directly.

I run a logistics company in Lagos. I paid a freelancer for three months of SEO and received nothing I could verify. I want to try again with a proper company, possibly outside Nigeria. How do I vet them and protect myself this time?

Protect yourself through access and written deliverables. Keep Google Search Console, analytics and your Google Business Profile under your own account and add the provider as a user. Ask for a written scope listing what is delivered each month, and a first-month audit you can read and check against your site. Avoid anyone guaranteeing rankings. A provider abroad can work well if communication is clear: WavX's working day is 5:30 AM to 2:30 PM Lagos time, and payment terms are set in the written quote; ask at buildwith@wavxsolutions.in.

What are the warning signs of a low-quality SEO provider?

The clearest warning signs are guaranteed rankings, a fixed number of backlinks per month, and secrecy about methods. Others include refusing to give the client access to Search Console or analytics, owning the client's listings or accounts, reports that show only rankings for irrelevant keywords, very low prices for large promises, long lock-in contracts with no deliverables listed, and claims of a special relationship with Google. A sound provider explains what it will change, shows the changes, and reports on enquiries and clicks.

seo agency asking full advance payment india safe?

Paying a full year or several months in advance to an SEO agency you have not worked with is a risk, whatever the discount. Safer arrangements tie payment to a period or to deliverables: a paid audit first, then monthly billing with a written list of work. Check for a signed scope, a GST invoice, a cancellation clause and ownership of your accounts and content. WavX does not publish payment schedules; they are agreed in the written quote, and you can ask about them at buildwith@wavxsolutions.in.

How long does it take to recover from a Google penalty?

It depends on the type. For a manual action, recovery starts only after you fix the cause and submit a reconsideration request in Search Console; Google's review can take from several days to a few weeks, and rankings may return only partly because the spam that propped them up is gone. For a drop caused by an algorithm update there is no request to file: you improve the site and wait, and gains often appear only after later updates, which can mean months.

bing webmaster tools worth setting up for us business

It is worth the few minutes for a US business. Bing is the default search engine on Windows and the Edge browser, which many American office computers use, and its index also feeds other engines and assistants, including DuckDuckGo and Yahoo. Bing Webmaster Tools lets you verify the site, often by importing it from Google Search Console, submit the sitemap, and see the queries and crawl errors Bing reports. It also shows whether Bing has indexed the pages that Google already has.

Does optimising for Google also cover Bing and DuckDuckGo?

Mostly. The fundamentals that work for Google, such as crawlable pages, clear titles, useful content, fast loading and good links, also work for Bing, and DuckDuckGo draws much of its results from Bing's index. The gaps are practical ones. Bing needs its own verification and sitemap submission through Bing Webmaster Tools, it can be slower to discover new pages, and it handles JavaScript-heavy pages less reliably than Google. Local results on Bing come from Bing Places, a separate listing from Google Business Profile.

does seo still matter now that people get ai answers

SEO still matters, because AI answers are assembled largely from pages that search engines have already crawled, indexed and judged reliable. A site that is slow, blocked or thin is missing from both. What changes is the click pattern: simple factual searches are increasingly answered on the results page, while searches with buying intent, local needs or complex comparisons still send visitors to websites. The work shifts toward pages that answer specific questions clearly and toward measuring enquiries, not raw visits.

seo company in gurgaon that also builds websites

When one company handles both the website and SEO, check that it can change the code itself, shows you the audit findings, gives you ownership of Search Console and the site, and promises work instead of rankings. WavX Solutions is a custom software company based in Gurgaon that offers SEO alongside web development: technical audits, Core Web Vitals, on-page work, schema, local SEO and reporting, on sites built in custom code. WavX builds your own software, fully custom, with a pricing model that fits you; start at /contact.

seo agency near me or remote agency india does location matter

Location matters little for SEO itself. Audits, on-page changes, schema, content and reporting are all done online, and results depend on the quality of the work, not on the agency's pin code. A nearby agency helps only if you want face-to-face meetings or it knows your local market well. What to check instead is who does the work, what is delivered each month, and whether you can reach them in your hours. WavX is based in Gurgaon, works remote-first across India, and is open Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 7 PM IST.

How does a business in India start an SEO engagement with WavX Solutions?

An SEO engagement with WavX Solutions starts with a free consultation. Share the website address, the products or cities you want to be found for, and access to Google Search Console if you have it, through the form at /contact. WavX then scopes the work, usually beginning with a technical audit, and sends a written quote in rupees that states the deliverables and the engagement model: fixed-price, time-and-materials or hybrid. The team is available Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST.

website ban gayi par google pe nahi dikh rahi

Nayi website Google pe tab dikhti hai jab Google use crawl aur index kar le, aur yeh apne aap turant nahi hota. Pehle Google mein site: ke aage apna domain likh kar dekhiye ki pages index hue hain ya nahi. Agar nahi, to Google Search Console mein site verify karke sitemap submit kijiye aur check kijiye ki robots.txt ya noindex tag ne pages block to nahi kiye. Index hone ke baad bhi ranking content aur backlinks pe chalti hai, isme waqt lagta hai.

google pe website upar kaise laye

Google pe upar aane ke liye teen kaam karne padte hain: website technically saaf ho, content wahi jawab de jo log search karte hain, aur dusri achhi sites aapko link karein. Pehle speed aur mobile pe khulna theek kijiye, phir har service ya product ka alag page banaiye jisme wahi shabd hon jo log likhte hain. Local business ho to Google Business Profile poora bhariye aur reviews lijiye. Yeh lagataar chalne wala kaam hai, ek baar ki setting nahi.

Google pe pehle number pe aane mein kitna time lagta hai?

Iska koi pakka time nahi hota, aur jo pehle number ki guarantee de us se saavdhan rahiye. Nayi website ko Google ka bharosa banane mein mahine lagte hain, hafte nahi. Kam competition wale local shabd, jaise aapke area ka naam aur kaam, jaldi upar aate hain; bade shabdon mein zyada waqt lagta hai. Raftaar is pe chalti hai ki site kitni purani hai, competitors kitne mazboot hain aur content kitna niyamit ban raha hai. WavX SEO mein ranking ka vaada nahi karta, kaam ki reporting deta hai.

google map pe dukaan ka naam kaise aaye

Google Map pe dukaan laane ke liye Google Business Profile banani padti hai. Usme dukaan ka naam, pata, phone number, category aur khulne ka samay bhariye, phir Google verification karta hai, jo video ya code ke zariye hota hai. Verify hone ke baad photos daaliye, customers se reviews maangiye aur har review ka jawab dijiye. Naam, pata aur phone har jagah ek jaisa likha ho, website pe bhi. Jitni poori aur active profile hogi, nearby searches mein utni baar dikhegi.

seo ka mahine ka kharcha kitna hota hai

WavX ka SEO ₹15,000 mahine se shuru hota hai. Kharcha chaar cheezon se upar jata hai: website kitni badi hai, technical gadbadi kitni theek karni hai, har mahine kitna naya content banega, aur ek sheher mein rank karna hai ya poore India mein. Ek sheher aur kam pages se shuru karein to fee entry level ke paas rehti hai. Price negotiable hai, apna budget batayein, scope usi hisaab se set ho jayega. Free consultation ke liye /contact pe website ka link bhejiye.

Maine ek SEO wale ko 6 mahine paise diye par ranking wahin ki wahin hai. Woh bas har mahine ek PDF report bhej deta hai. Mujhe khud kya check karna chahiye ki kaam hua bhi hai ya nahi?

Khud Google Search Console khol kar dekhiye, kyunki wahan ka data koi bana nahi sakta. Agar Search Console ka access hi aapke paas nahi hai to pehle woh lijiye. Kaam hua hoga to wahan dikhega.

local seo for dentist in gurgaon sector 56

A dentist in a Gurgaon sector ranks locally through three things: a complete Google Business Profile, a website page that names the locality, and steady patient reviews. Set the profile's category, hours, services and photos, and keep the clinic name, address and phone identical on the website and every directory. Add a page that mentions the sector, nearby landmarks and each treatment, with dentist schema. Ask patients for reviews and reply to them. WavX handles local SEO and Google Business Profile work; no agency can guarantee the top spot.
