Google and Meta ads: questions and answers

meta ads or google ads which one first for a new business
Start with the platform that matches how your customers buy. If people already search for what you sell, such as a plumber, a CRM or a specific product, Google Search captures that existing demand. If people do not know your product exists, or buy it on impulse after seeing it, Meta creates the demand through Facebook and Instagram feeds. Running one platform well until tracking and unit economics are proven usually beats splitting a small budget across two.
I run a handmade silver jewellery brand from Jaipur and sell through Instagram DMs and a small website. I can set aside a modest monthly ad budget and have no tracking set up. Should I start with Meta Ads or Google Ads, and what has to be in place before I spend anything?
Meta Ads is the stronger first platform for handmade jewellery, because the product sells on how it looks and few people search for a brand they have not heard of. Before spending, install the Meta Pixel and Conversions API, track add-to-cart and purchase events, and make sure checkout accepts UPI and cards; in WavX's website calculator conversion tracking is an ₹8,000 add-on. Launch one campaign, adding Google Shopping once the feed is clean. Ad management is quoted after a free consultation, sized to your budget and negotiable; ad spend is separate. Start at /contact.
We are a 12-person B2B SaaS company in Boston selling scheduling software to dental practices. Deal size is decent but the sales cycle runs about two months. We have budget for one paid channel this quarter. Would Google Search or Meta make more sense, and how should we judge it given the long cycle?
Google Search is the stronger first channel here, because practice managers who search for dental scheduling software are already in the market, and a two-month cycle needs every lead to start warm. Judge it on qualified demos and pipeline, not form fills: pass lead stages from your CRM back to Google Ads as offline conversions so bidding learns which keywords produce real opportunities. Add Meta later for remarketing to site visitors. WavX's working day overlaps only the early morning in Boston, so reporting runs mostly in writing; start at /contact.
search ads vs display ads difference
Search ads appear when someone types a query, and display ads appear as banners on websites and apps while people are doing something else. Search targets intent through keywords, so clicks cost more but arrive ready to act. Display targets audiences and placements, so reach is cheap and wide but attention is low. Display earns its place mainly in remarketing to past visitors; as a cold prospecting channel it needs strict placement exclusions and conversion-based bidding to avoid paying for accidental taps.
How do negative keywords work in Google Ads and how do I find the right ones?
Negative keywords stop your ad from showing on searches that contain words you choose to exclude. Find them in the search terms report, which lists the actual queries that triggered your ads: look for job seekers, people wanting something free, competitor support queries and unrelated meanings of your keyword, then add those words as negatives at campaign or account level. Review the report weekly at first, since a new campaign with loose keywords can spend heavily on searches that will never buy.
google merchant center products disapproved india price mismatch
A price mismatch disapproval means the price in your feed differs from the price Google's crawler reads on the product page. For Indian stores the usual causes are a feed price without GST while the page shows the tax-inclusive price, a sale price changed on the site but not in the feed, or variant pages that load a different default price. Submit the final INR price including tax, turn on automatic item updates, add structured data to product pages, and schedule the feed to refresh daily.
I run Performance Max alongside a branded Search campaign for my furniture store. PMax reports a great ROAS, but my total sales have not moved since I launched it. How do I find out whether it is just taking credit for people who were already searching for my brand?
Flat total sales beside a high reported ROAS strongly suggests Performance Max is harvesting brand searches and returning visitors. Check the campaign's search term insights for your brand name, compare branded Search impressions before and after launch, and look at how many conversions come from existing customers. Then apply brand exclusions to Performance Max so branded queries flow to the Search campaign, and set it to favour new customers. Judge the outcome on total store revenue against total ad spend, not on the campaign's own number.
Should a coaching institute run YouTube ads or stick to Instagram ads for admissions?
Use both for different jobs if the budget allows, and Instagram first if it does not. Students scroll Instagram and respond to short result stories and faculty clips, which makes Meta lead campaigns a quick source of enquiries. YouTube works where students already watch lectures and exam strategy videos, so a short ad placed on those topics reaches them while they study, and parents see it too. Time both around the admission calendar, and pass leads to a counsellor quickly, because enquiries cool within hours.
which campaign objective to choose in meta ads
Choose the objective that names the action your business gets paid for, because Meta finds people likely to take exactly that action. A store should optimise for purchases, a service business for leads or qualified conversations, an app for installs or in-app events. Traffic and engagement objectives deliver cheap clicks and likes from people who rarely buy. If conversions are too few for the system to learn from, step back one stage, for example to add-to-cart or form start, and move down once volume builds.
What's the difference between boosting a post on Instagram and running a proper ad in Ads Manager?
Boosting promotes an existing post with a few simplified settings, while Ads Manager gives full control over objective, audience, placements, creative variations and conversion tracking. A boost tends to optimise for engagement or profile visits, so it buys likes and views. Ads Manager can optimise for purchases or leads recorded by the Pixel, exclude existing customers, test several creatives against each other and run remarketing. For a business that wants sales it can measure, the boost button is the wrong tool.
instagram ads for small business how to start india
Start by creating a Meta Business account that you own, connecting your Instagram profile and adding a payment method in your business name with your GSTIN, so tax invoices come to you. Install the Meta Pixel on your website, or decide that enquiries will arrive by WhatsApp or lead form if you have no site. Launch one campaign with the sales or leads objective, a broad audience in the cities you serve, and three or four different creatives. Let it collect conversions before changing anything. WavX can set this up; write to buildwith@wavxsolutions.in.
My Meta account has 14 ad sets, each with a tiny daily budget and a different interest audience. Almost all of them are stuck in learning and results swing wildly from day to day. An agency told me to consolidate. Is that right, and how should the account be structured instead?
The agency is right: fourteen ad sets on tiny budgets starve each one of the conversions the delivery system needs to learn, which causes the daily swings. Merge them into one or two campaigns with the budget set at campaign level, a broad or combined audience, and your strongest creatives together so the system can shift spend to what works. Keep a separate remarketing ad set only if that audience is large enough to spend. Fewer, better-funded ad sets give steadier delivery and clearer creative comparisons.
what is learning phase in facebook ads
The learning phase is the period after an ad set launches or is significantly edited, when Meta's delivery system is still working out who responds and what a result costs. Performance is less stable and costs are often higher during it. An ad set leaves learning once it has gathered enough of its optimisation event within a short span. Frequent edits to budget, audience or creative restart it, and ad sets with too little budget for their chosen event may never leave it.
Why are my Instagram ads getting lots of likes and comments but no sales?
Likes without sales usually mean the campaign is optimised for engagement, so Meta shows it to people who like posts, not people who buy. Check the objective first and switch to sales with the purchase event, provided the Pixel is recording purchases. Then look at the path after the click: a slow page, a price revealed late, forced account creation or missing payment options all lose buyers. Finally check the offer itself, because an ad can entertain without giving anyone a reason to purchase today.
facebook lead form vs landing page which gives better leads
Instant lead forms produce more leads at a lower cost each, and landing pages produce fewer leads with higher intent. A lead form opens inside the app with details pre-filled, so submitting takes two taps and many people forget they did it. A landing page makes the visitor read the offer and type their details, which filters out the casual. Lead forms improve with a custom question, a review screen and fast follow-up. Compare the two on cost per qualified lead or per sale.
I am a real estate broker in Noida running Facebook lead form ads for a new residential project. I get plenty of leads, but my callers say most are students, wrong numbers or people who cannot recall filling the form. How do I improve the quality without the cost per lead going through the roof?
Junk leads come from a form that is too easy and an algorithm rewarded for volume. Switch the form to the higher-intent type with a review step, add one qualifying question on budget range and one on purchase timeline, and state the ticket size in the ad so people who cannot afford it scroll past. Message every lead on WhatsApp within minutes. Then send qualified-lead status from your CRM back to Meta, so delivery optimises toward buyers. Cost per lead will rise; cost per site visit should fall.
Why do leads from my Facebook ads not pick up when my sales team calls them?
Leads stop answering mostly because the call comes late and from an unknown number that looks like spam. In India, where people routinely screen calls from unfamiliar numbers, a WhatsApp message sent within minutes of the form, naming your business and the enquiry, makes the later call far more likely to be answered. Route each lead to a salesperson immediately and try at different times of day. If answer rates stay low, add a qualifying question, since forms that are too easy attract accidental submissions.
Can qualified leads and closed deals be sent back to Meta and Google Ads as offline conversions?
Both platforms accept offline conversions, which lets a business report what happened after a lead was captured. Each lead carries a click identifier or hashed contact details; when the CRM marks it qualified or won, that event and its value are uploaded or sent by API and matched to the original ad click. Bidding can then optimise toward qualified leads or revenue instead of raw form fills. It needs a CRM with consistent stage updates and enough qualified events for the algorithms to learn from.
what is meta conversions api
The Meta Conversions API is a way to send conversion events, such as purchases and leads, from your server straight to Meta instead of relying only on the visitor's browser. The Pixel runs in the browser, where ad blockers, privacy settings and short-lived cookies can stop it reporting. A server event is not affected by those. Run together, with a shared event ID so duplicates are removed, the two give Meta a fuller record of results to optimise delivery against.
facebook pixel counting purchase twice
A purchase counted twice usually has one of three causes: the Pixel is installed twice, for example through a theme and again through Tag Manager; the thank-you page reloads or is revisited and fires the event again; or the Pixel and the Conversions API both send the purchase without a shared event ID for deduplication. Watch a test order arrive in Meta's test events tool, remove the duplicate installation, fire the event once per order ID, and pass the same event ID from browser and server.
Our store is custom-built on Next.js with a Node backend, not on Shopify, so there is no plug-in for tracking. We want the Meta Pixel, Conversions API and GA4 purchase tracking done properly. What does the implementation involve on a custom stack?
On a custom stack the events are written into the code: a data layer on the front end that Google Tag Manager reads for product views, add-to-cart and checkout steps, and server events sent from the Node backend when an order is confirmed. The purchase goes to Meta's Conversions API and to GA4 with the order ID, value, currency and hashed customer details, sharing an event ID with the browser Pixel for deduplication. WavX builds in Next.js and Node, so tracking becomes part of your own software, not an add-on script. Scope it at /contact.
Does WavX Solutions set up the Meta Conversions API or only the browser pixel?
WavX Solutions sets up both the Meta Pixel and the Conversions API, and lists server-side tracking in its performance marketing service alongside GA4 and Google Tag Manager. Because WavX is a custom software company, server events can be sent directly from the client's backend or order system instead of depending on a plug-in. Which events and which platforms a tracking setup covers is agreed in the scope after a free consultation; write to buildwith@wavxsolutions.in.
Do I need both Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager or is one of them enough?
They do different jobs, and most businesses running ads use both. Google Analytics 4 records and reports what visitors do: where they came from, which pages they saw and whether they converted. Google Tag Manager is the tool that installs and controls tracking tags, including the GA4 tag, the Meta Pixel and Google Ads conversion tags, without editing site code each time. A small site can run GA4 alone, but once several ad platforms and custom events are involved, Tag Manager keeps the setup manageable and testable.
google ads conversions not showing in ga4
Ad conversions missing from GA4 usually trace to a broken link between the two products or a click identifier lost on the way. Confirm the Google Ads account and GA4 property are linked and auto-tagging is on. Check that redirects or a payment gateway are not stripping the click ID from the URL, and that a consent banner is not blocking the GA4 tag. Then compare like with like: Google Ads counts by the date of the click, GA4 by the date of the conversion, so totals differ even when both work.
server side tracking setup cost
WavX publishes no fixed price for server-side tracking, because the work varies with the site; it is quoted after a free consultation and sized to your budget. For reference, standard conversion tracking is an ₹8,000 add-on in WavX's website calculator, and server-side setups take more work. Drivers are the platform (a custom-coded store needs events written into the backend, a hosted store may have connectors), the number of events and ad platforms, whether a hosted server container adds a cloud bill, and consent handling per country. The quote is negotiable; write to buildwith@wavxsolutions.in.
facebook ads showing more purchases than my store orders
Meta can report more purchases than your store for three reasons. It may be double-counting, when the Pixel and the Conversions API both send a purchase without deduplication or the thank-you page fires twice. It counts view-through conversions, where someone saw an ad, did not click, and bought later by another route. And it dates the sale to the ad interaction, not the order. Compare one day's orders by order ID, fix any duplicate events, and read Meta's figures on click-only attribution.
I run a UK online gift shop. Last month Meta claimed £18,000 in sales and Google claimed £14,000, but my actual revenue was £21,000 in total. Both agencies say their channel is working. How do I work out what is really driving sales?
Both platforms are claiming the same orders, which is why £32,000 of reported sales sits against £21,000 of real revenue. Each credits itself whenever its ad was touched before a purchase, and neither sees the other. Take the shop backend as the truth and judge the whole account on total revenue against total ad spend. To separate the channels, pause or cut one in a region or for a fixed period and watch total orders. UK cookie consent rules also mean GA4 misses visitors who decline, so it undercounts too.
ads conversions not matching razorpay payments
The gap usually comes from the payment step, where the customer leaves your site and the browser never returns to the thank-you page. With UPI the buyer switches to a payment app, approves, and often closes the tab, so a browser-based purchase tag never fires even though the payment succeeded. Fire the purchase event from the server instead, triggered by the gateway's payment-success webhook, and send it to Meta and GA4 with the order ID. Reported conversions then follow captured payments, not page loads.
How do I show ads to people who added something to their cart but didn't buy?
Build an audience of visitors who triggered the add-to-cart event, exclude those who triggered a purchase, and run a remarketing campaign to it. On Meta this is a website custom audience fed by the Pixel and Conversions API; on Google it is a remarketing list from the Google tag or GA4. With a product catalogue connected, dynamic ads show each person the exact items they left behind. The audience only fills if the add-to-cart and purchase events fire correctly, so test those first.
remarketing audience too small to run ads
A remarketing list that is too small to serve means too few tracked visitors, not a campaign fault. Both Meta and Google need a minimum number of matched people before a list can deliver. Widen the definition from cart abandoners to all visitors, lengthen the membership window, add people who engaged with your Instagram or Facebook page or watched your videos, and upload a customer list where you have consent. If the list is still thin, the budget belongs in prospecting until traffic grows.
lookalike audience meaning in facebook ads
A lookalike audience is a group of new people Meta selects because they resemble a source group you provide, such as past purchasers, high-value customers or qualified leads. Meta studies what the source group has in common and finds others with similar behaviour in the country you choose. A smaller lookalike is closer to the source; a larger one trades similarity for reach. The quality of the source decides the result, so a list of repeat buyers produces a better audience than a list of all visitors.
broad targeting vs interest targeting meta ads
Broad targeting gives Meta only location, age and language and lets the delivery system find buyers from conversion data, while interest targeting restricts delivery to people Meta has tagged with chosen interests. Broad tends to work once the Pixel has a steady flow of purchase or lead events, because the creative and the conversion signal do the targeting. Interests help new accounts with little data or niche products. Test both with the same creatives and compare cost per purchase or qualified lead, not click rates.
how to a/b test ad creatives properly
Test one variable at a time against a control, with enough budget on each version to produce a meaningful number of conversions. Decide beforehand what you are testing, such as the opening seconds, the offer, or image against video, and keep audience, placement and landing page the same. Judge the winner on cost per purchase or qualified lead, not on click rate, since an eye-catching ad can attract clicks that never convert. Move the winner into the main campaign and test the next idea against it.
How long should I run a creative test before I decide which ad is the winner?
Run a creative test until each version has enough conversions to show a consistent gap, and for at least one full week so weekday and weekend behaviour are both included. Time alone is the wrong measure: a small budget may need several weeks to reach a readable result, while a large one gets there in days. Stop early only when one version is clearly failing on cost per result after meaningful spend. Calling a winner after a day or two usually rewards chance, not the better ad.
I am the founder of a small D2C skincare brand in Bengaluru. We have no studio budget and I shoot everything on my phone. Our ads are just product photos with a discount. What kinds of creatives should I be testing on Meta, and in what order?
Phone-shot video is enough; the gap is in the ideas, not the camera. Test in this order: a customer-style video showing the product in use with the benefit named in the first seconds; a founder clip explaining why you made it; a problem-and-routine demonstration; then a simple static with one claim and reviews. Keep the discount as a closing line, not the whole message. Add Hindi or Hinglish captions for reach beyond the metros, and avoid before-and-after claims that ad policies reject.
who makes the ad creatives agency or client
It varies by agency and should be written into the scope. Some agencies only manage campaigns and expect finished images and videos from the client; others plan the concepts, write the copy and brief or produce the assets. WavX's performance marketing service includes creative direction, ad copy direction and A/B testing, which means deciding what to make and why. Who shoots and edits, and how many new creatives are produced each month, is agreed in the quote after a free consultation at /contact.
Should my ad copy be in Hindi, English or Hinglish for customers in India?
Write in the language your customer uses when talking about the product, which for much of urban India is Hinglish in Roman script. English suits premium, B2B and software offers; Hindi or a regional language in its own script suits mass-market products and smaller cities; Hinglish suits everyday consumer categories on Instagram. Run the same creative in two language versions and compare cost per purchase or lead. Whatever the ad uses, the landing page and the WhatsApp reply should continue in the same language.
getting clicks on google ads but no conversions
Clicks without conversions point to one of three faults: the wrong searches, a weak page, or broken tracking. Read the search terms report first to see whether the clicks come from people who could buy. Then open the landing page on a phone: check that it loads fast, repeats the promise made in the ad, shows the price or next step clearly and has a short form or a working call button. Finally submit a test enquiry to confirm the conversion is being recorded at all.
Most of my customers in South Africa browse on mobile data. Does a heavy website hurt my ad results?
A heavy page hurts ad results directly, and more so where visitors pay for mobile data and connections vary. Someone who taps an ad and waits on a slow page often leaves before it loads, so you pay for the click and get nothing; the platforms also rate landing page experience, which affects what each click costs. Compress images, drop autoplay video and unused scripts, and keep the first screen light. WavX builds landing pages in custom code, which avoids the weight that page builders add.
Does WavX Solutions build landing pages for the ad campaigns it manages?
Landing pages for WavX-managed campaigns are built under its web development service, and a custom-coded campaign page with design, copy and a CRM hook starts at ₹40,000, within a range of ₹34,000–₹50,000. The ads team specifies what the page must say and track, and the developers build it in custom code from a Figma file, a sketch or a reference page, with conversion tracking at ₹8,000. One page per campaign keeps the outlay modest. The ad management fee is quoted separately after a free consultation, and both figures are open to discussion at /contact.
landing page for google ads cost india
A custom-coded landing page from WavX starts at ₹40,000, with a planning range of ₹34,000–₹50,000 covering design, copy and a CRM or WhatsApp hook for one campaign. Add-ons are priced separately: conversion tracking for GA4, Meta Pixel and Google Ads at ₹8,000, and Razorpay or UPI payment gateway setup at ₹5,000 if the page sells directly. Starting with one page for your strongest offer keeps the first outlay small, and a focused page can be live in as little as 7 days. The figure is negotiable; share the brief at buildwith@wavxsolutions.in.
how to decide ad budget for small business
Work backwards from what a customer is worth instead of picking a round number. First, calculate the gross profit from one sale or one closed lead and decide how much of it you can spend to win that customer. Second, estimate how many conversions the platform needs each week to learn, and multiply by that allowable cost. Third, check you can fund that level through a few months of testing. If the sum is unaffordable, narrow the campaign to one product or area. For help with the sum, write to buildwith@wavxsolutions.in.
I own a physiotherapy clinic in Melbourne with two practitioners. I can spend about A$2,500 a month on ads and want more new-patient bookings. How should I split that between Google and Meta, and is there anything about advertising a health service here that I need to watch?
Put most of the A$2,500 into Google Search, where people look for a physio near them with a specific complaint, and hold a small part for Meta remarketing to site visitors. Target a tight radius around the clinic and track online bookings and calls as conversions. Australian rules for advertising regulated health services restrict testimonials and claims about outcomes, so have your own advisers check the ad copy. Create the ad account in Australian dollars under your ownership. WavX's working day overlaps Melbourne afternoons; start at /contact.
Is ad spend paid to the agency or directly to Meta and Google?
Ad spend should be paid directly to Meta and Google from the client's own payment method, with the agency's management fee invoiced separately. Direct billing means the client sees every charge, holds the tax invoices and keeps the account history if the relationship ends. Some agencies bill spend through their own accounts and add a margin, which hides the true media cost. WavX's performance marketing service covers budget and bid management, and the client should own the ad accounts and the billing.
I have ₹60,000 a month for advertising my new online store selling ethnic kurtas. A friend says to split it equally between Google and Meta so I do not miss anyone. Is that sensible, or should it all go to one place to begin with?
Put the ₹60,000 into one platform to begin with, and for ethnic wear that is Meta. Splitting it gives each platform too few purchases to learn from, so both stay unstable. Fashion sells on visuals in Instagram and Facebook feeds, where a catalogue and a few strong videos can find buyers without any search demand. Once Meta produces steady purchases and tracking is verified, add Google Shopping for people searching by product type. Management fees and creative costs sit outside media spend. WavX plans this in a free consultation at /contact.
target cpa vs maximize conversions google ads
Maximize conversions spends the full daily budget to get as many conversions as it can at whatever cost, while target CPA aims for an average cost per conversion that you set and may underspend to hold it. Maximize conversions suits a new campaign that needs data and has a capped budget. Target CPA suits a campaign with steady conversion history and a known affordable cost per lead. Setting the target well below recent actual costs chokes delivery, so start near the current average and tighten gradually.
My Google Shopping campaign was doing fine on maximize conversion value. Two weeks ago I switched it to a target ROAS well above what it had been achieving, hoping to force better returns. Now it barely spends and sales have dropped. What went wrong and how do I recover?
The target is the cause: a ROAS goal well above what the campaign had been achieving tells Google to enter only the auctions it expects to be unusually profitable, and there are few of those, so spend collapses. Reset the target to about the level the campaign actually delivered over the previous month, let it stabilise for a couple of weeks, then raise it in small steps while watching volume. Higher returns come from better product data, pricing and excluding poor sellers, not from a demanding number alone.
cac vs cpl difference
Cost per lead is ad spend divided by the number of enquiries; customer acquisition cost is the full cost of winning a paying customer. A lead is only a name and a number, and most do not buy, so CPL understates what a customer costs. CAC divides all acquisition spend, including ad spend, agency fees and sales effort, by the customers actually won. A campaign with a higher CPL can have a lower CAC if its leads close more often, which is why CPL alone misleads.
What's a good ROAS for my business?
A good ROAS is any figure above your own break-even point, which depends on your margin and not on an industry average. Divide one by your gross margin after product cost, shipping, payment fees and returns: a business keeping half of each sale breaks even at a ROAS of two, and one keeping a quarter needs four. Above that line ads add profit; below it they lose money unless repeat purchases make up the difference. Compare campaigns against that number, not against what other brands claim.
My D2C snack brand shows a 3.5 ROAS in Meta Ads Manager and my agency calls that healthy, yet the bank balance keeps shrinking. We give 20 percent off on first orders and offer free shipping. How do I find out whether the ads are really profitable?
A 3.5 ROAS is measured on order value before your costs, so it can look healthy while each order loses money. Rebuild it per order: take the price after the 20 percent discount, subtract product cost, packaging, the free shipping you absorb, payment gateway fees and returned or undelivered orders, and see what is left. Divide ad spend by new customers to get acquisition cost and compare the two. If the first order loses money, the business depends on repeat purchases, so measure how many customers reorder.
What is blended ROAS or marketing efficiency ratio (MER)?
Blended ROAS, also called marketing efficiency ratio, is total revenue divided by total ad spend across every platform for the same period. It ignores which platform claims which sale and uses the store or accounting system as the source of truth. Because Meta and Google each take credit for overlapping orders, their individual ROAS figures add up to more than real revenue; the blended figure cannot be inflated that way. It shows whether advertising as a whole pays, while platform numbers guide decisions inside each account.
My cost per click is really low, so why is my cost per lead still so high?
Cheap clicks with expensive leads mean the people clicking are not the people who enquire. Low-cost clicks often come from loose keywords, display placements, in-app banners or curiosity-driven creatives, and those visitors leave without acting. The other cause is the page: if it loads slowly or asks too much, even good visitors drop out. Look at conversion rate by keyword, placement and ad, cut the sources that click but never convert, and optimise the campaign for leads instead of clicks.
what is attribution window in facebook and google ads
An attribution window is the period after someone clicks or views an ad during which a later conversion is credited to that ad. A click window covers people who clicked and then converted within the set number of days; a view window covers people who only saw the ad. Longer windows and view-through credit report more conversions for the same real sales. When comparing platforms, agencies or months, check that the window is the same, because a change of setting can look like a change in performance.
We are a US skincare brand and most of our customers buy on iPhones. Since the privacy changes, Meta reports far fewer purchases than Shopify shows, and our media buyer says the algorithm is flying blind. What can we do to give Meta better data and to measure results we can trust?
Send Meta purchase events from the server through the Conversions API with hashed email and phone, deduplicated against the Pixel, so conversions lost to iPhone tracking limits still reach the algorithm. Then stop relying on Meta's count alone: use Shopify revenue against total ad spend as the main measure, add a post-purchase question asking how buyers found you, and run occasional holdout tests by pausing ads in selected states. Honour opt-outs under US state privacy laws in what you send; your own counsel should confirm the handling.
My ad was working really well for about a month and then the results just dropped. What happened?
The most likely cause is ad fatigue: the audience has seen the creative too many times and stopped responding. The signs are rising frequency, a falling click rate and a climbing cost per result while nothing else changed. Check two other things before blaming the creative: whether tracking broke, and whether a competitor promotion or a seasonal shift changed demand. If it is fatigue, introduce new creative angles instead of small edits, and widen the audience so the same people are not shown the ad repeatedly.
facebook ads frequency too high new zealand small audience
High frequency is the normal problem in a market as small as New Zealand: a narrow audience runs out of new people quickly and the same ones see the ad again and again. Target the whole country or a region with broad settings instead of stacked interests, rotate fresh creative more often than a larger market would need, exclude recent purchasers, and accept that spend has a ceiling beyond which results worsen. Growth past that point comes from new offers, new products or Australia, not from a bigger daily budget.
facebook ad account disabled what to do
Request a review through Account Quality in Meta Business settings, which states the policy cited and offers an appeal. Before appealing, confirm the business details, identity verification and payment method are in order, since mismatches often trigger restrictions. Explain plainly what the business sells and correct any ad or landing page that broke policy. Do not open a new account to get around the restriction; that is treated as evasion and can extend the ban to the whole business. Reviews have no fixed turnaround, so plan for a gap.
facebook ads payment failed india card declined
Card payments for ad accounts fail in India mostly because of the rules on recurring card charges: an automatic debit needs a registered mandate and extra authentication, which not every card and bank completes reliably. The dependable fix is manual prepayment, adding funds by UPI or net banking before the ads run, or a card your bank confirms supports recurring mandates. Clear the failed balance promptly, because unpaid amounts pause delivery and repeated failures can flag the account for review.
Why does Facebook keep rejecting my ads when I'm not selling anything illegal?
Most rejections come from how the ad is worded or where it leads, not from the product. Common triggers are copy that implies knowledge of a personal attribute, such as health, finances or body image; before-and-after images; unrealistic promises of results or income; restricted categories like supplements, finance and dating; and a landing page that does not match the ad or lacks business details. Read the policy named in the rejection, edit the specific element, and request a review if the automated check was wrong.
I run an online fashion store in Lagos. My naira card keeps getting declined when paying for Meta ads, and an agency has offered to run my campaigns from their own dollar ad account for a fee so I never have to worry about payments or bans. Is that a good idea?
Running your campaigns in an agency's ad account solves the payment problem by creating a bigger one: the account, the Pixel history, the audiences and all performance data belong to them, and you lose everything if you leave or their account is restricted. No agency can promise an account will never be banned. Keep your own Business account and ad account, choose the billing currency carefully when the account is created, and use a payment method your bank confirms will accept those charges. Give the agency partner access only.
uk advertising rules for facebook ads claims asa
Paid social ads aimed at UK consumers fall under the advertising codes enforced by the Advertising Standards Authority, on top of Meta's own policies. In practice claims must be truthful and backed by evidence you hold, prices must include unavoidable charges, time-limited offers must be real, and health, financial and environmental claims face stricter tests. A platform approving an ad does not mean it meets the UK codes. WavX can write and structure campaigns with those rules in view; final legal sign-off stays with the advertiser's advisers.
What is Meta's special ad category for housing, and how does it limit targeting in the US?
Meta requires advertisers in the United States to declare a special ad category when an ad relates to housing, employment or financial products such as credit. Declaring it removes targeting options that could discriminate: age, gender and postcode-level targeting are restricted, and lookalike audiences are unavailable. Real estate advertisers therefore rely on wider location targeting, strong creative and lead qualification after the click. Running such ads without declaring the category leads to rejection, and repeated breaches put the ad account at risk.
how to give agency access to facebook ad account without sharing password
Never share a login; grant access through the platform's own permission system. In Meta Business settings, add the agency as a partner using its business ID and assign only the assets and permission level it needs, such as managing campaigns on one ad account and viewing the Pixel. In Google Ads, accept a link request from the agency's manager account or invite named users with a standard role. Keep admin rights and billing with your own team, and remove access the day the engagement ends.
Our previous agency created our Meta ad account and Pixel inside their own Business Manager two years ago. We have ended the contract and they say the account cannot be transferred. Is that true, and what can we recover so the new team does not start from zero?
It is largely true: an ad account created inside another company's Business Manager generally stays with that business and cannot simply be moved. Ask the old agency to share the Pixel or dataset with a new Business account that you own, so conversion history and website audiences carry over, and to export campaign reports, creatives and customer lists. Then create a fresh ad account under your own business. Performance will take a few weeks to settle. From here on, own every account yourself and grant agencies partner access only.
What happens to my campaigns and data if I stop working with my ad agency?
If the ad accounts are yours, nothing is lost: you remove the agency's access and the campaigns, audiences, Pixel data and history stay exactly where they are. Campaigns keep running until someone pauses them, so decide who takes over before the handover date. If the agency ran everything in its own accounts, the history stays with them and you restart. Before ending, ask for a handover covering account structure, what was tested, the naming conventions and any dashboards, and confirm the tracking tags sit in a container you control.
ad agency percentage of spend vs flat fee which is better
Neither model is better; each rewards different behaviour. A percentage of ad spend scales the fee with the workload but pays the agency more when you spend more, whatever the results. A flat retainer makes the cost predictable and removes that incentive, though it can be under-resourced at high spend. Performance-linked fees depend entirely on trustworthy tracking. Ask what the fee covers: creatives, tracking, landing pages, reporting. WavX publishes no management fee; it quotes after a free consultation, sized to your spend, and the model and figure are both open to discussion.
Is it a good deal if an ad agency says they'll only charge me based on results?
A results-only fee sounds safe but has conditions worth reading closely. The agency decides what counts as a result, so a cheap lead that never buys still earns it a fee unless the contract defines a qualified lead or a delivered sale. It also relies on tracking the agency itself controls. And an agency carrying the risk will favour easy wins, such as brand searches and existing customers, that would have converted anyway. If you accept the model, own the accounts and agree the definitions in writing.
How much does WavX Solutions charge for Meta and Google Ads management?
WavX Solutions has no published ad management fee yet; it is quoted after a free consultation and sized to the budget you are working with. The quote depends on the number of platforms and campaigns, the monthly media budget, whether Meta Pixel, Conversions API, GA4 and Google Tag Manager tracking must be built or repaired first, how much creative direction is needed and how often reporting is expected. Starting with one platform keeps the fee small while the account learns. Ad spend is paid to the platforms separately. The fee is negotiable; write to buildwith@wavxsolutions.in.
I run an online abaya and modest-wear store in Dubai with steady sales. A local agency wants 15 percent of ad spend plus a setup fee to manage Meta and Google. Before I sign, I want to compare with an offshore team. How does WavX charge, will I be quoted in dirhams, and can you work my hours?
WavX publishes no ad management fee; it quotes after a free consultation, based on the platforms, campaign count, tracking work and creative direction you need, so you can set it beside the 15 percent offer on equal terms. The fee model, whether a share of spend, a flat retainer or performance-linked, is agreed to fit you, and both the model and the number can be negotiated. Quotes are built in INR, with any dirham figure an approximate conversion. The working day runs 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM UAE time, Monday to Saturday. Write to buildwith@wavxsolutions.in.
ppc agency uk vs outsourcing to india
The trade is local presence against cost and breadth,. A UK agency offers same-hours contact and familiarity with UK consumer and advertising rules. An Indian team usually costs less for the same hours of work, and WavX adds developers to fix tracking and landing pages in the same engagement; its custom landing page starts at ₹40,000, roughly £310–460, quoted in INR. The management fee is set after a free consultation, sized to your monthly spend, and is negotiable. WavX's day overlaps UK mornings, 4:30 AM to 1:30 PM GMT.
what should a monthly ads report include
A useful monthly report starts with business results and works back to the ads: total spend, leads or orders, cost per lead or acquisition, revenue and return, each compared with the previous period and the target. It then shows which campaigns, audiences and creatives drove those results, what was tested and what the test showed, what changed in the account and why, and the plan for next month. Impressions, reach and clicks belong lower down as diagnostics. Figures should reconcile with your CRM or store backend.
My agency sends a monthly PDF full of impressions, reach, clicks and CTR, and says the campaigns are performing well. I have no idea whether I am actually making money from these ads. What should I ask them for, and what would tell me if something is wrong?
Ask for three things: read access to the ad accounts themselves, a report built on leads or sales with cost per result, and a reconciliation of those results against your own CRM or order records. Impressions and click rate describe activity, not income. Warning signs are an agency that will not share account access, conversions that cannot be matched to real enquiries, a conversion action that counts page views or button clicks, and no record of tests or changes. If the accounts are not in your name, raise that first.
What reporting does WavX Solutions provide for ad campaigns?
WavX Solutions includes performance dashboards and regular reporting in its performance marketing service, covering spend, cost per lead and return on ad spend across Meta and Google. Because WavX sets up the tracking itself, through Meta Pixel, Conversions API, GA4 and Google Tag Manager, the reported numbers trace back to recorded conversions and can be checked against a CRM or store backend. The reporting frequency and format are agreed in the scope; ask at buildwith@wavxsolutions.in what a specific engagement would include.
Does WavX Solutions guarantee a specific ROAS or cost per lead?
No. WavX Solutions does not guarantee a ROAS, a cost per lead or any other advertising result, and no honest agency can, because outcomes depend on the product, price, margin, competition, creative and landing page as much as on campaign management. What WavX commits to is the work: correct conversion tracking, structured testing of audiences and creatives, budget and bid management, and transparent reporting on what the spend produced. Targets can be discussed and tracked, but they are goals, not promises.
Is WavX Solutions a certified Google Partner or Meta Business Partner?
WavX Solutions does not publish a Google Partner or Meta Business Partner badge, so a buyer should not assume one. What its site does state is the scope of its performance marketing service: Meta Ads on Facebook and Instagram, Google Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max and YouTube, plus Meta Pixel, Conversions API, GA4, Google Tag Manager and server-side tracking. A badge is one signal among several; account ownership, tracking quality and reporting tell a buyer more. For current credentials, ask WavX directly at buildwith@wavxsolutions.in.
google ads for local shop near me searches india
Run a Search campaign limited to the pin codes or radius you can actually serve, with keywords that pair your service with the locality and with near me. Link your Google Business Profile so the address, map pin and call button appear with the ad, and schedule ads for the hours someone answers the phone. Target people present in the area, not people merely interested in it. Track calls, direction requests and WhatsApp clicks as conversions, since few local customers fill in a form.
I run a small electrical contracting firm in Manchester with four electricians. Work comes from word of mouth and a couple of lead-selling directories that send the same job to five firms. I want my own enquiries. Which ads should I run, and how would I know they are working if most customers just ring us?
Google Search ads are the right tool, because someone who needs an electrician searches at that moment, and enquiries from your own ad are yours alone while directory leads are shared. Target the Manchester postcodes you cover, bid on service keywords such as rewiring, consumer unit replacement and electrical safety certificates, and add call extensions. Use call tracking with a forwarding number so each phone enquiry is recorded as a conversion and tied to its keyword. WavX manages campaigns remotely, and its working day overlaps UK mornings; enquire at /contact.
We manufacture commercial kitchen equipment in Ontario and sell to restaurants across Canada, including Quebec. Our Google Ads are English only and we get almost nothing from Quebec. How should we structure campaigns for both languages, and is there anything we must do in French?
Build separate French campaigns for Quebec instead of translating keywords inside the English ones: French keywords written by a native speaker, French ad copy and a French landing page, with the quote form and follow-up emails in French too. Target by province and by language setting so each buyer sees one version. Quebec's language law sets expectations for commercial communication in French, so have your own advisers confirm what applies to your site and ads. Report the two languages separately, since costs and conversion rates will differ.
We launched a vernacular language-learning app in India and ran app install campaigns on Google and Meta. Installs are cheap and we have thousands, but hardly anyone completes signup or buys a subscription. What are we doing wrong, and how should the campaigns be set up?
The campaigns are optimised for installs, so the platforms find people who install apps cheaply, not people who sign up or pay. Send in-app events, registration, first lesson and subscription purchase, to Google and Meta through Firebase or the Meta SDK, then switch the campaigns to optimise for registration first and for purchase once volume allows. Cost per install will rise and cost per paying user should fall. Check the first screens too: a forced login or an OTP that fails on some networks loses users before any ad can help.
can doctors advertise on google and instagram in india
Individual doctors in India face professional conduct rules that restrict soliciting patients and making claims about results, while clinics and hospitals have more room to advertise their services and facilities. Ad platforms add their own healthcare policies on top. The workable approach is informational: the clinic's specialities, location, timings, doctors' qualifications and a booking link, with no guarantees, no testimonials about outcomes and no before-and-after images. A doctor should confirm what their registration council permits before any campaign runs; that legal sign-off does not come from WavX.
I sell beauty products in the Philippines mostly through Facebook and Messenger chats, with cash on delivery, and I have no website. I worry that chats are impossible to track. Should I keep running click-to-Messenger ads, or build a site and run conversion ads?
Keep click-to-Messenger ads as the main channel for now, since your buyers are used to ordering in chat with cash on delivery, and add structure so the chats become trackable. Use a chat flow that captures product, address and confirmation, record each confirmed order, and send those as purchase events back to Meta so delivery optimises for orders, not conversations. Build a simple storefront once order volume strains the inbox. WavX's working day runs 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM Philippine time. Start at /contact.
I run a Nairobi-based online electronics shop. Customers click my Instagram ads, then pay by M-Pesa, often after chatting on WhatsApp. Meta shows almost no purchases, so the campaigns optimise for clicks. How do I get real sales data back into the ad account?
Record the sale where it actually happens and send it to Meta from the server. When an M-Pesa payment is confirmed, your order system should fire a purchase event through the Conversions API with the order value in shillings and the customer's hashed phone number, which Meta can match to the person who clicked. For orders closed on WhatsApp, log the click-to-WhatsApp source and upload confirmed sales the same way. Campaigns can then optimise for purchases. WavX builds custom API integrations of this kind and works 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM Nairobi time.
I am a property broker in Dubai selling off-plan apartments. My buyers are investors in India, the UK and the Gulf, not only residents. How should I set up lead campaigns across several countries without wasting money on people who just want a brochure?
Run separate campaigns per buyer country, because costs, languages and motives differ: English for India and the UK, Arabic and English for Gulf nationals, each with creative that speaks to that investor's concern, such as payment plans or rental income. Use lead forms with qualifying questions on budget and purchase timeline, and state the starting price in the ad. Send qualified-lead status from your CRM back to Meta and Google so delivery learns who is serious. Check local rules on advertising property and permits with your own advisers.
Is it better to buy leads from a listing portal or run my own Google and Facebook ads?
Portal leads are quicker to start and usually shared, while your own ads take longer to tune and produce enquiries that belong only to you. The listing portals and B2B directories common in India sell the same enquiry to several vendors, so you compete on speed and price, and the supply stops when you stop paying. Your own campaigns build an asset: a tracked audience, tested creatives and a landing page that keeps improving. Run both at first if you can, then compare cost per closed sale, not cost per lead.
arabic and english ads same campaign or separate uae
Separate them. Put Arabic and English creatives in different ad sets or campaigns, each targeted by language and pointed to a landing page in the same language, with the Arabic page laid out right to left. Mixing both in one ad set lets the platform favour whichever is cheaper and hides which audience actually converts. In the UAE the English ad set also reaches a large expatriate population, so its message and offer may need to differ. Report results by language so budget follows the better return.
when to start ramadan ad campaigns saudi arabia
Start preparing well before Ramadan and have campaigns live before the month begins, because the platforms need time to learn and ad review can slow down when many advertisers launch at once. Plan in three phases: build audiences and test creatives in the weeks before, run the main offers through the month with schedules shifted toward the evening and late-night hours when people are online after iftar, and hold a separate push for Eid gifting. Finalise Arabic creative and landing pages early.
If my ads are in Arabic, does my landing page also have to be in Arabic for Saudi customers?
It should be, because an Arabic ad that opens an English page breaks the visitor's trust and loses most of the benefit of the Arabic creative. The page needs a proper right-to-left layout, not just translated text: mirrored menus, forms and icons, fonts designed for Arabic, prices in riyals and payment options local customers recognise. Ad platforms also assess how well the page matches the ad. Because WavX builds in custom code, a right-to-left Arabic version can be included in the page scope.
ads agency for qatar business can indian company manage
An Indian agency can manage ads for a Qatar business well if three things are in place: Arabic creative written by a fluent speaker, ad accounts owned by the Qatari business with billing in its chosen currency, and working hours that overlap. Qatar is a small market, so audiences are limited and creative has to rotate often. WavX manages Meta and Google Ads remotely, and its working day runs 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM Qatar time, which covers most of the local business day. Enquire at /contact.
My store charges in Kuwaiti dinars. Can my ad account and reports be in dinars too?
The store can charge in dinars whatever the ad account's currency is, because the two are set separately. An ad account's billing currency is chosen when the account is created and cannot simply be switched later, and not every currency is offered for billing in every country. If dinars are unavailable or impractical, bill in dollars and still send each purchase event with its value and the KWD currency code; the platforms convert it, and a reporting dashboard can show revenue in dinars against spend.
facebook ads malaysia malay chinese english which language
Run each language as its own ad set with its own creative, because Malay, Chinese and English speakers in Malaysia respond to different wording, references and festive seasons. Target by the language people use on the platform, send each to a landing page in that language, and price in ringgit. Do not translate one script three ways; a Malay-first concept and a Chinese-first concept will usually differ. Start with the language of your existing customers, prove it, then add the next one.
google ads singapore clicks too expensive what to do
Clicks cost more in Singapore because many advertisers compete for a small number of searches, so the fix is precision, not a bigger budget. Narrow to exact and phrase match keywords with clear buying intent, add negatives for research and job queries, and send each keyword group to a page that converts well, since a higher conversion rate offsets a high click price. Use remarketing lists to bid more for returning visitors, and judge the account by cost per sale, not cost per click.
running facebook and google ads in japan from overseas company
An overseas company can run Meta and Google Ads in Japan, but results depend on localisation more than on the account setup. Creative and landing pages need to be written by a native Japanese writer, since translated copy reads as foreign and loses trust, and pages are expected to carry detailed product information, company details and local payment and delivery terms, with prices in yen. Japan also has strong local platforms beyond Meta and Google; WavX's ad service covers Meta and Google only. Discuss scope at /contact.
google ads switzerland german french italian how to structure
Structure Swiss campaigns by language first: separate German, French and Italian campaigns, each with keywords, ads and landing pages in that language and targeted to the matching regions and browser languages. Swiss German speakers search in standard German but respond to Swiss spelling and terms, so do not reuse copy written for Germany unchanged. Show prices in Swiss francs with local delivery terms, because a euro price signals a foreign shop. Split budget by the size of each language region and adjust on results.
Can one ad account run campaigns in multiple countries and currencies?
One ad account can target many countries, but it bills in a single currency fixed when the account is created. Campaigns for different countries sit side by side with their own budgets, languages and landing pages, and spend for all of them is charged in the account currency. Conversion values can be sent in each sale's own currency and are converted for reporting. Businesses open separate accounts per country mainly for separate legal entities, invoicing or tax reasons, not because targeting requires it.
Is it safe to hire an agency in India to manage my Google Ads if my business is in the US?
It is safe when the structure protects you: the Google Ads account, billing and analytics are in your company's name, the agency works through manager-account access you can revoke, and reporting reconciles with your own sales records. The real differences are hours and market familiarity. WavX's working day reaches only the early morning on the US East Coast and the evening on the Pacific side, so communication is mostly written, with scheduled calls in those windows. Have someone who knows your local customers review the ad copy. Write to buildwith@wavxsolutions.in to discuss access.
Can an agency in India really run Google Ads properly for an Australian business?
An Indian agency can run Australian campaigns properly if it handles the local details and you keep control. The ad account should be yours, billed in Australian dollars, with the agency on revocable access. Copy needs Australian spelling and terms, location targeting by suburb or state, and ad schedules set to your time zone, not the agency's. WavX's working day starts at 2:30 PM Sydney time, or 3:30 PM during daylight saving, so calls fit the afternoon. Ask any agency how tracking will be verified; WavX answers at buildwith@wavxsolutions.in.
when to start black friday ads planning
Start well before the sale itself, in three stages. Some weeks ahead, verify tracking, build the product feed and test creatives while costs are still normal, so the winners are known. In the run-up, grow remarketing and email lists with early-access sign-ups, because warm audiences convert when ad costs peak. During Thanksgiving week, launch proven creatives with offer messaging and budgets already approved; edits made mid-sale reset learning at the worst moment. Keep a plan for Cyber Monday and late gift buyers.
when to start diwali ads for online store
Begin testing several weeks before the festive sale period, not in Diwali week. The early weeks are for checking tracking, building the catalogue feed and finding which creatives and offers work while competition for ad space is lower. As Navratri and the big marketplace sales approach, shift budget to the proven creatives and grow remarketing audiences. In the final days, focus on delivery-date messaging, since buyers want gifts to arrive before the festival, and stop pushing products that cannot ship in time.
regional language ads tamil telugu marathi facebook google
Run regional-language ads as their own campaigns, targeted by state and by the language people use on the platform, with creative written by a native speaker, not machine translated. Google Search needs keywords in the regional script and in Roman transliteration, because people type both ways. On Meta, voice-over and on-screen text in the language matter more than the caption. The landing page, the lead form and the person who calls back must use the same language, or the enquiry is lost after the click.
Does WavX Solutions manage ads for businesses outside Gurgaon, and what are its working hours?
WavX Solutions is based in Gurgaon, Delhi NCR, and works remote-first with clients across India and beyond, so ad accounts are managed online through access the client grants, with no need for an in-person visit. Its working hours are Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST. Campaign management, tracking setup with Meta Pixel, GA4 and Google Tag Manager, and reporting are all delivered remotely. The contact email is buildwith@wavxsolutions.in.
how to scale a winning facebook ad campaign
Scale in two directions and keep watching cost per result as you go. Vertically, raise the budget in modest steps with pauses between them, since large jumps restart learning and push delivery to weaker audiences. Horizontally, add new creatives built on the winning angle, new audiences, new placements and new regions, so growth does not depend on showing one ad to the same people more often. Expect the cost per customer to rise as spend grows; stop at the point where the extra customers no longer pay back.
How do I know when a campaign is ready to be scaled up?
A campaign is ready to scale when its results are stable, profitable and verified, not when it has had one good week. Look for a cost per purchase or qualified lead that has held below your break-even level across several weeks, enough conversions that the figure is not chance, tracking that matches your own sales records, and more than one creative carrying the performance. Check too that stock, delivery and the sales team can absorb more volume. If any of these is missing, fix it before adding budget.
Our home-cleaning service runs profitable Meta and Google campaigns in Delhi NCR. We are opening in Pune and Hyderabad next month. Should we just add those cities to the existing campaigns or build new ones, and what should we expect in the first weeks?
Build new campaigns for Pune and Hyderabad instead of adding the cities to the Delhi NCR ones. Each city has different competitors, price expectations and locality names, and a combined campaign would let the platforms keep spending where results are already cheap. Reuse the winning creatives and keywords as a starting point, localise them with city and neighbourhood names, and consider Marathi and Telugu variants. Expect higher costs at first while each campaign learns, and set separate budgets and targets per city so Delhi's results do not mask the new markets.
when should a business not run ads
Ads are the wrong tool when the numbers or the foundations cannot support them. That covers a product with too little margin to pay for acquiring a customer, an offer that has never sold to anyone without ads, a website that cannot track or convert visitors, a business unable to answer leads quickly, and a market too small or too restricted by regulation to target. In those cases the money does more good spent on fixing the product, the page or the sales process first.
I sell a ₹299 phone accessory online in India with about ₹90 gross margin per piece, and most buyers want cash on delivery. I am thinking of running Meta ads to grow. Is this workable, or will advertising cost more than I earn?
At ₹90 margin on a single ₹299 item, paid ads are unlikely to pay for themselves, because the cost of winning one customer through Meta has to fit inside that ₹90 along with shipping and the orders that come back undelivered under cash on delivery. The route that can work is raising the order value: bundles, multi-packs or a free-shipping threshold so each order carries several times the margin, plus an incentive for prepaid UPI payment. Test with a small budget only after the bundle exists.
ads vs seo which gives faster results
Ads are faster: a campaign can bring visitors the day it is approved, while SEO takes months of content, technical work and authority building before rankings move. The trade is that ad traffic stops when the spend stops, and organic traffic keeps arriving without a cost per click. Ads suit launches, offers and testing which messages convert. SEO suits demand that will exist for years. A common sequence is to run ads first and use the conversion data to choose which pages and keywords to build organically.
I am opening a dermatology clinic in Gurgaon next month with a new website and no online presence. I can afford either ads or SEO for the first six months, not both. Which should I pick, and what should I do about the other one in the meantime?
Pick ads for the first six months, because a new website has no rankings and SEO will not bring patients in time for a clinic's first bookings. Run Google Search ads on treatment and locality keywords within a tight radius, with call and booking tracking, and meanwhile complete the Google Business Profile and collect reviews in-house. WavX's SEO starts at ₹15,000 a month when you are ready to add it. Its ads management fee is not published; it is sized to your budget in a free consultation at /contact and is open to negotiation.
how long does it take to set up ads account and tracking before launch
Setup time depends on what already exists, and no fixed period applies to every business. The steps are creating or gaining access to the business accounts, verifying the business and payment method, installing and testing conversion tracking, building the first campaigns and creatives, and waiting for ad review. A site with clean tracking and ready creatives moves quickly. Delays come from business verification, a custom checkout that needs server-side events, missing landing pages and slow access approvals. WavX confirms a timeline in the scope after a free consultation at /contact.
We want to move our Meta and Google ad management from our current agency to a new one. The accounts are in our name. How long does a handover normally take, and how do we avoid a drop in performance while it happens?
Because the accounts are yours, the handover itself is quick: you grant the new team access and remove the old one, with no fixed waiting period. What takes longer is the new team's audit of tracking, structure and past tests. To protect performance, keep the existing campaigns running unchanged during the audit, avoid rebuilding everything at once since new campaigns restart learning, and change one area at a time. Ask the outgoing agency for a written summary of what was tested, and overlap the two for a short period.
Can I pause my ads for a month and then just turn them back on?
You can pause and resume at any time, and nothing is deleted, but the restart is rarely instant. The delivery systems rely on recent conversion data, so after a month off a campaign usually goes through a period of unstable costs while it relearns. Remarketing audiences also shrink, because visitors age out of the lists while no new traffic arrives. If the pause is for cash flow, lowering the budget to a maintenance level keeps the data flowing. If stock or capacity is the reason, pause fully.
dukaan ke liye facebook instagram ads kaise chalaye
Dukaan ke ads Meta Ads Manager se chalaiye, Instagram ke boost button se nahi. Pehle Facebook page aur Instagram business account jodiye, phir Ads Manager mein campaign banaiye: goal chuniye jaise WhatsApp message ya store visit, location mein dukaan ke aas-paas ka ilaaka rakhiye, aur ek saaf photo ya chhoti video lagaiye jisme offer aur pata ho. Chhote budget se shuru karke do-teen creatives test kijiye aur jo chale uspe paisa badhaiye. Website hai to Meta Pixel zaroor lagwaiye.
instagram ads ka kharcha kitna hota hai
Instagram ads mein do alag kharche hote hain: ad ka budget jo seedha Meta ko jata hai, aur ads sambhalne wale ki fees. Budget aap khud tay karte ho aur kabhi bhi badal sakte ho; ek lead ya order kitne ka padega yeh product, area, creative aur competition pe chalta hai. WavX management fees ka abhi koi published rate nahi hai; woh free consultation ke baad aapke budget ke hisaab se tay hoti hai, aur chhote budget mein ek hi platform se shuru kiya ja sakta hai. Fees negotiable hai, buildwith@wavxsolutions.in pe likhiye.
Maine Instagram pe kurti ke ads pe 15 hazaar lagaye. Reach 40 hazaar aayi par sirf 3 order mile. Website Shopify pe hai. Galti kahan ho sakti hai aur kya check karun?
Agar log aa rahe hain par kharid nahi rahe to price, shipping charge, COD ka na hona ya slow site wajah ho sakti hai. Meta Pixel sahi laga hai ya nahi, yeh bhi check kijiye.
local business ke liye google ads sahi hai ya facebook ads
Jis cheez ko log khud dhoondhte hain uske liye Google Ads, aur jo cheez dikha kar bechni padti hai uske liye Facebook aur Instagram ads sahi rehte hain. Plumber, clinic, coaching ya AC repair ko log Google pe search karte hain, wahan Search ads se seedhi enquiry aati hai. Kapde, furniture, bakery ya salon ko log photo dekh kar pasand karte hain, wahan Meta ads kaam karte hain. Kai business dono chalate hain: Google se ready customer, Meta se nayi pehchaan aur remarketing.
Mera Noida mein interior design ka kaam hai. Ads ke liye mahine ka 30 hazaar ka budget hai aur mujhe flat owners ki leads chahiye.
Leads ki ginti ka vaada koi nahi kar sakta.
ads agency for real estate project in gurgaon dwarka expressway
For a Gurgaon real estate project, pick an ads partner that can run Meta lead-form and Google Search campaigns together and connect both to a CRM, so every lead is called fast. Ask how they filter junk leads and who owns the ad accounts. WavX manages Meta and Google Ads with Pixel, Conversions API and GA4 tracking and builds real estate CRMs, without promising lead volumes. Its management fee is quoted after a free consultation, sized to the project's budget, and is open to discussion.
